We're a family of 2 adults and one teenager and we spent a whole week at StayCity Tivoli. We had 2 rooms: one with a kitchen and sofa bed for our teen, and a bedroom for us with a king bed. Was it pretty small? Yes. But we were out exploring Dublin and the areas around, taking day trips. It was comfy and quiet in the mornings and evenings.
This location feels very well-managed. We booked 8 nights, and were supposed to get cleaning on our 4th day per their policy. We got that, no problem. The desk, the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful and it felt like they cared.
The location of this hotel is great, too. We're walkers, and it was just on the edge of The Liberties and Temple Bar. Pretty much everything in Dublin is within a 5- to 25-minute walk from this hotel, including both train stations. There are great pubs and coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery markets that are within a 10-minute-walking radius from the hotel. But this particular street is quiet, and that really made the hotel a nice retreat and resting place after a long day of exploring.
We barely needed the kitchen, but it was fantastic to have a fridge for leftovers and snacks, and the option to make a meal.
The breakfast and pizza that we got from the hotel were good. We didn't sign up for daily breakfast, but just decided day by day. There's not a ton of variety in the breakfast, so if you stay for 5-7 or more days, you might want to check out the local bakeries and coffee shops for breakfast once you're oriented.
For the price we paid, we really couldn't have asked for much more. We had a really good experience. Thank you to the staff at StayCity Tivoli.

Excellent location, friendly staff.
Easy to get public transport to/from. Close to walk to temple bar/city centre.
Was booked into disabled room (not requested) and only knew when we got to room but as short on time as getting to a concert did not mind. Room very large with lots of floor space. Plenty of space for wheelchair use with all required items accessible inc. Kitchen area. Bathroom fitted out with rails/seats, call alarms and shower with seat etc.in my opinion (work in the health care area so familiar with generic environment requirements). Bed comfy. Would have liked to be able to open window a bit as room was stuffy. On 4th floor so that might be a reason for this. Enjoyed our stay.

modern hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. the lobby was lovely and the room matched perfectly. beds were very comfy and the overhead shower was perfect temperature and pressure. room came with a fridge so you could buy your own food and drinks etc, as well as a hob , microwave, toaster and dishwasher and they provided all equipment needed. was in a good location. would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to come to dublin and stay in an affordable hotel.

Overall Staycity Aparthotel is good but we had issues with room cleaness and breakfast. We had to asked staff to clean the room (or at least collect rubbish and change towels) three times.The breakfast facilities don't support all guest when hotel is fully booked. We had to wait +30min to get seated.

The hotel is well situated and within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff are very accommodating. Giovane deserves a particular mention as we dealt with him several times. Our 1 bedroom was a little smaller than we had anticipated. It was clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. There were three of us, so the sofa bed in the living room converted into two twin beds. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and linens were nice. The sofa bed was surprisingly decent.
The shower was good. As someone else mentioned the wash basin is extremely small, however not a deal breaker. The dishwasher and microwave and 2 ringed hob meant that we could do breakfast and some evening meals in our suite. There was a nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Great for a longer term stay. If you are staying longer you need to find a supplier for the coffee pods. There were a lot of positives to our stay….however for our stay which was over a week, I would say that better storage would be an asset. In the one bedroom there are hangers but if you have another couple staying in the living room, you’d be living out of your suitcase as there’s no where to put your stuff….this could easily be remedied by more wall shelving. So for a longer stay it was a bit restricting and a better design could have meant an improved experience.
Breakfast was served for 14 Euros each down stairs. & Guinness was served and there was a bar there in the evening. Storage lockers were available - which was handy as I arrived early and could not check in until 3pm. There was a laundry room and a gym. The gym had treadmills and a bike and a weight machine and and weighted balls. The gym is very small but adequate for a quick workout. Would also recommend that there is sanitizer and cleaning supplies so that people can wipe down the equipment (I did mention this to the front desk.) Also very handy was the umbrella rental…2 Euros for 48 hours….great as it seems to rain a bit in Dublin. A good experience and nice for a short stay….for a longer stay with multiple people it would need to have improved organization for say 2 couples staying in a one bedroom for a longer period of time.

I stayed here at the end of October 2022 with a group of Italian students and two colleagues. The communal areas had tasteful modern furnishings, while each room was very clean and well-equipped. The breakfasts in particular were excellent, with a wide selection of food available. The reception was manned 24/7 and the staff were always helpful and accommodating. Monica was especially outstanding in ensuring everyone had everything that they needed at breakfast, and the students really appreciated her kind and friendly demeanour. The location was excellent for access to St Patrick's and Christchurch and other attractions in the city centre.

Staycity is one of our very favorite chains in Europe, and this was no exception. We had 3 rooms booked, and the staff ensured before our arrival that we were all close to one another. The rooms were available early in the day when we arrived at no extra charge, which was delightful after a red eye. One of the rooms was very small and a bit difficult to get around with luggage, but the others were larger. The beds were comfortable in all rooms, noise wasn’t a problem, and having the kitchenette was a big plus. The location is solid, located off of a main road in The Liberties neighborhood. While not close to DART or Luas routes, it’s close to bus routes and easily walkable to anything in the city. There’s a great coffee shop (Boom) next to a lovely pub (The Liberty Belle) just steps away, and around the corner from another great pub with burgers (John’s Haberdashery/WOW Burger), as well as a Tescoe Express. The hotel itself also offers tasty food, coffee, and drink options, which comes in handy for late night. I must say again that the staff was fantastic, top to bottom. Highly recommend this hotel!

We have stayed a variety of places in Dublin. This was perfect because the rooms were clean, well laid out and maximized the space. Plus, they had charging ports in many well placed outlets which made it really easy. The mini-kitchens were perfectly appointed for grabbing light groceries, making coffee and breakfast (ultra light prep, rather than cooking but we could have cooked on the stove). The location was great because we walked most places, including to the Temple Bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We only ate the breakfast but it was really tasty and well worth it. Overall, a great stay.

we went on a university trip for a course, the truth is that we had a hard time deciding on a place to sleep, but it is true that as a group we thought about the best location to move on foot through the centre of Dublin and we also thought about the best combination in terms of the rooms. The quality was fantastic, the security was spectacular as you need the room key to access the room as well as the lift. It is true that the treatment we received was spectacular, in fact I remember that the door to my room was blocked, and the manager came to open it and was very nice. I highly recommend this aparthotel, as it has many facilities and a dream location no more than 15 minutes from the centre (temple bar).

The place is spotless, walking distance to the train station, lots of tourist stuff to do, a few pubs around the area.
The only down side was the cost - €387 for a couple on Saturday in May just for a room. You might say that it's cheap compared to other hotels in Dublin but it's still over priced a long with the other hotels for Dublin.
We went to see a Foil, Arms & Hog (comedy group), we could have flown to London, stay there, seen the same group and returned home the next day and still have spent less by over hundred or more!
Breakfast was NOT included - considering the cost of the room you would expect the breakfast to be included.
In saying all of that, the place was tidy, staff extremely friendly - other than the cost I would highly recommend the place.
