We have traveled across our country and stayed in ALOT of motels,we do have afew favorites and bcminns has just join them .Impressed with the small things in our room , multi plugin on desk ,lol paper towels ,real glasses to drink from! Beautiful coffee station, comfy bed ,place to walk dog .FABULOUS, great location. Will definitely stay here next time we're in lloyd minister. ❤

Great breakfast, water was warm and slide was awesome! I loved that they texted me to ensure I was liking my stay or if I needed anything. Sitting in the sun watching my boys go down the slide was really nice. Door going straight outside as well as a door that goes into the building was nice to get to our car faster.

We are here for ball tournament and was a great place to stay. Location is great if you are playing ball. Service was amazing from the time I emailed the manager to when we checked out. Service at the restaurant was good the one time we ate there. Love the fact you can text them if you need anything.

After staying a couple,of weeks and spending a small, fortune the only breakfast was a cold sandwich or egg burrito, one of the staff unlocked my door and came walking in nearly giving me a heart attack, at least I wasn't in the middle of getting dressed, her excuse was that she thought the room was empty, a couple of days before I had made a complaint at the front desk that someone seems to have been in my room. The worst is that the manager didn't even have the courtesy to call me back after I had left him a message on his personnal phone. No apologies...not a word from him about this situation.

I had the worst experience with my breakfast. They always mess up my order by either not giving me the right one, or reduced amount of what I asked. I always ask for extra eggs instead of the meat in their breakfast, but what I find out is that they don't do so even though I have talked to them constantly about it. I wouldn't reccomend the restaurant there!

The first room I got was not cleaned and I felt like entering someone else’s room by accident. My friend’s room had a dirty sheet and it made her panic due to COVID-19 concern. My friend also had an issue with WiFi connection.

We work very hard to make sure that everyone has an excellent stay with us and it sounds like we may have missed the mark with you and your friend. As you can see, a lot of our reviews are raving about the cleanliness so this is very disappointing to hear. Walked in on people sleeping in our bed. Told we get discounted two days in a row, then at checkout no notes on it so denied. Got 10% coupon to use on next stay. Doubt it will happen. No chains on doors either. Housekeepers were awesome though!!!

This is a awesome place to stay. Friendly staff ,a restaurant on site. Very quiet ,in a great neighborhood,very clean place to stay. Would come here again Shopping mall close by ,hospital and casino close by.

Have stayed here in the past and as always we get great satisfaction. Easy check in,friendly staff,great food at the restaurant. Lots of places to shop in the area. Room was upgraded with no extra charge . Would recommend to everyone who want a nice place to stay

My stay at this hotel was just for a day. However it was an eventful one. Had a master lock on my truck and didn’t have the key. Both the operations manager and Evelyn the receptionist were great. They went above and beyond to help with cutting the lock. Also, it was my first time in Lloydminster and gave some information about the town.

I believe I seen your email yesterday answered by one of the girl at the front desk. Yes, all of our rooms have outdoor access and we definitely always have pet friendly rooms.
