I stayed here with my two children during our trip to Jasper Alberta. The room had allot of space with two beds. The view was amazing. In our room the heater made a terrible high pitched squeel and we had to turn it off due to this. But the room was extremely warm when we arrived so het was not a issue. The bathroom was very small. Standard room came with a mini fridge, microwave and cabel tv. The room and check in was fast and efficient. We took advantage of the free breakfast. The choice was very limitied. There was no regular sugar for the coffee or cereal just brown sugar, there was no waffle mix available but we made do with toast, a egg a couple of little sausages and 2 strips of bacon each as they ran out of everything. I did enjoy my stay here and book here again if the opportunity ever came up. But next time I think I would skip the free breakfast unless they improved it allot. Right next door to the Inn there is a McDonald's and a Dairy Queen.

The place was clean, very small bathroom, and in need of renovation. Old and tired. There is no wonder it was the only available place within an hour of Jasper, and it was reasonably priced compared. I would refer to it as a motel rather than an Inn.

Our room was big. The hotel was clean.
For breakfast there are different things for everyone.
In our case, it was good but we only stay one night, just to sleep. We didn't have any problem! Good experience.

This was our first hotel on our road trip through to the island.
To start with we were given a room where the bathroom door handle was hanging off, we let them know and they swiftly changed our rooms to next door which was great.
We had booked for 4 people but we were only given 2 towels and even those were thread bare, luckily we grabbed the two from the first room.
The beds were terrible, every time you moved they made a noise, think they had those plastic covers on them, ugh not nice.
The bathroom was ok but the toilet didn’t flush very well.
The carpet was sticky in a few places too.
I’m afraid we wouldn’t stay here again as we literally got no sleep at all due to the noise every time someone moved.
There was no breakfast included, maybe a bonus.

We had a terrible stay at your hinton location. There was bags of garbage left all over the property all night. When we opened our room a man confronted us rudely saying he wasn't sure if he cleaned it yet. He looked at the beds and said "oh well it doesn't look like the last folks used it much it will be good" I quickly looked and saw the bathroom and table were dirty so I followed to where he was and told him the room was not clean. He said3 give me 15 minutes... which we did. We watched in horror as he went into the room with two rags in hand. We stayed here and slept in our clothes as it was late and we had nowhere else. I sprayed everything down with disinfectant including the bed as it was filthy. If you look at the fan in the bathroom you will see it is so dirty it is disgusting. Terrible terrible and to beat it all you offer breakfast and there is none. I was told there's Mac Donald's next door. This is bad.

We offered you an excellent room at the top floor. You said you wanted a room at main floor and we called house keeping staff in emergency to get our last room cleaned up for you. We provided you all the help you needed. I am sorry that you were upset

If I could give no stars I would have. Unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We checked in late and were very tired so we did not notice the extent of how disgusting our room was until the morning. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There was significant black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, a dirty hand print on the wall, most of the other walls were dirty and one had what appeared to be dried coffee running down it. The floors weren’t vacuumed and very dirty, there were crumbs on the surface of the dresser, the coffee maker was filthy and there was hair in the tub/shower. Pretty much every surface was covered in dust, and I took photos to prove it. The housekeeper also came knocking at our door at 6:20 am, right after my husband went out to take our dog for a walk, which I found quite inappropriate. I went down to the front desk to complain the next morning at the man there could not have cared less and would not answer any of my questions as to why it was so dirty or offer to change us rooms. We inevitably checked out right then forfeiting our second night as we could not stomach another night there. I will never stay there again.

When I checked out, I informed your front desk and showed her pictures of what we noticed. When we checked in last June 29, 2024, we noticed the room smelled unpleasant. The drawers were dirty; we couldn't unpack our clothes and place them inside. I had to buy a disinfectant from Walmart and clean the room so we could unpack. We were so tired from the drive from Vancouver, and I had to ask my family to sit first in the car while I cleaned. The sheets had what I assumed were cigg butt marks. The bathroom had mildew marks, and the lights were not working properly. I requested a lightbulb change the day after, but it still flickered; maybe the starter was the problem. Also, the closet and the back of the bed were so dusty, which explained why my son sneezed every time we retired into the room from the day trips. You charge over $250 - $320 a night, and I get you are sort of a motel, and we should not expect a hotel-like 24-hour service, but please provide a clean room to your guests. We've stayed in motels that charged so much less, but they do provide a clean room with clean sheets.

Very pleasant experience to stay at Baymont Hinton.
Staff was very welcoming. Jas helped us with our luggages . Room was clean and renovated. Location is very central , surrounded by restaurants and the best part to stay at this hotel was a trail just behind the hotel. It’s great for pet owners to talk their dogs in the forest.
I recommend this place to all my family and friends

Booked on another booking site.
Took at $200 deposit and didn't return it
first impression: dated and dirty.
Within first 10 minutes:
1. Had to go get a new set of keys as the cards didn't work
2. Side table by bed had sticky pop stain that I wiped myself and bed sheets were dirty.
Noticed no sanitizer available when entering the lobby and no signage regarding COVID safety or protocols.

Other notes:
3. No liner in ice bucket, had to go to the office to get them.
4. Terrible signage to find ice machine
5. When we left for the day beds were not made and garbages not emptied when we returned. Housekeeping non-existent - didn't see carts or anything.
5. Woke up on the last day and noticed mouse droppings in the bathroom corner while using the washroom. Scouted the rest of the bathroom and there were several droppings.
6. Left in a hurry after seeing the mouse droppings and left a specialty pillow behind.
7. Called the front office and offer to pay for shipping through company to return pillow. Employee said they would call back next day.
8. Checked bank account and $200 deposit was not returned to account
9. Currently, no one answering phone to make arrangements for pillow or return deposit.

Worth the $20 - 40 to stay somewhere else.

New management/ ownership has driven this hotel into the ground.
The hotel has undergone renovations but they are very cheaply and poorly done. There is no desk staff after 10 pm until the morning. I checked in and told the front desk my TV wasn't working, they told me they would have it fixed by the time I got back (10 hours later) it was not fixed. I called Hassan the owner? And he told me he'd move me into another room THE NEXT MORNING. The room they put me in did have a working TV but the door frame was coming off of the wall rendering the safety lock useless. I won't be staying here again.
