Stayed here with a bunch of friends for one night (Aug 14) We were on a stag night. We arrived at around 2PM, checked in and proceded to hang out at the pool. The staff were friendly and the whole place was clean. Sure, the building is old and could probably do with being renovated, but if you want a clean cheap place to party with a pool and good attitude from the staff, this is the place. One other plus for pet owners, we noticed that they do allow pets.

My wife and I went to Niagara Falls on May 21 to May 23 to celebrate our wedding anniversary and stayed at the Villager Premium Motel on Lundy's Lane for the two nights. It was conveniently located, staff was friendly and courteous and rooms were satisfactory.
They advised us to purchase the daily bus pass with unlimited use for the day @ $6.00 each, to avoid problems with parking thereby allowing for a more relaxed day.
Along with the evening fireworks, Maid of the Mist ride, the I-Max theatre, and numerous retaurants as well as the butterfly conservatory, it was a very enjoyable weekend. The bus drivers on the shuttle service were very helpful and professional. All in all it was a great weekend and we intend to go back again later in the summer. Thanks Niagara Falls !

This hotel is as good as it gets for a cheap and cheerful stay. The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel room had wooden floors which i particularly liked as it made me feel that the room was clean and hygineic. We liked the location as it was near lots of places to eat that would suit all pockets and there is a bus service to take you to the Niagra Falls attactions. Great value for the money. I would happily stay there again.

This place. We were to stay here for one night, after a wedding. We pulled up, nobody at the reception desk/lobby. Eventually my husband reached a person on the phone. Check in. Walk into room, and the stench of mold and mildew hit you. Walking though, we notice hair in the blacked/dirty tub, the bathroom sink, and the floor, even on top of the microwave. No towels. So we go to the front desk area and the lack of customer service or concern was frightening. Not a care in the world. He must be used to everyone’s reactions when they see the state of their rooms. Needless to stay, we packed our things and left. Save yourself, and book elsewhere. I was so horrified, I forgot to take pictures. I wish I could give it a zero, but I can’t leave a review if I don’t mark a bubble. 0/5!

This was our second time here and I have to honestly say that it is the best motel in Niagara Falls. I've stayed at best western as well and it wasn't nearly as good. This place was recently renovated (it was still under renovation when I came here last December) and it was the best decision they ever made. The laminate floors looked awesome and the faux leather couch was a nice touch. The bed sheets smelled fresh and unlike the other motels, there were no cracks or mold on the walls. Another great feature was the key - it was wireless card key like the other hotels. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Milk, juice, tea, hot coffee, eggs, cookies, muffins, waffles, cereal, fruits, and yogurt. Everything was absolutely amazing. I have never been so pleasantly surprised at a motel before. Will definitely make this my go-to motel at niagara. Hopefully it continues to live up to it's current standards!!

My husband and I were a bit sceptical when we first arrived because it is an older motel. We asked to see the room prior to checking in. Without hesitation and with a smile, we were given the keys. To our surprise, the room was clean, comfortable and had a plaque with John 3:16 on the wall, which to us was confirmation that this was the right place for us to be. Every request we had was met with kindness and caring. We were there for 3 nights and if we ever go back to Niagara, we will stay at the Villager, which is the best testimony there is.

Except for a little foul odor(urine) on the carpet, The room is exceptionally clean, bed sheets are fresh and clean smelling, extra chairs, a dresser, hangers, and ample(free) parking. The wide screen flat-tv is a plus and we are told that the calls nationwide Canada and the US are free, as in no charge. Free internet connection too. There's a iron and board, small fridge, and a microwave in the room. Separate lavatory and toilet w/ bath and guess what? a coffee maker w/ ground coffee is also provided..What a great place to stay. Outside , they have a swimming pool and children's playground...Also breakfast in the morning is included with coffee, creams, hard boiled eggs, and fresh (make your own)waffles w/ syrup and honey. What else can you ask for?

The Villager Lodge on Lundy's Lane is the best bargain in Niagara Falls Canada area. It was clean, quiet area, front desk was very helpfull, the price was very reasonable, swimming pool looked clean and inviting, didn't use it or the barbecue area but it was a nice addition especially for families. The bus which was priced reasonable, ran right in front to take you to town if you didn't want to take your car as parking is a problem. Since the bathroom looked like it was recently done over, I think that it is being updated. Even the air conditioner was placed so that it didn't blow right on you and was quiet.
Past bad reviews hopefully are in the past. Go for it!
