We stayed here the night before flying out on vacation. It is a bit far from the airport (10ish min) but we booked so last minute that it was one of the few available.
The hotel itself are great. Both men when we checked in were very friendly and helpful. When I locked myself out of my room in the evening, the man at the front desk provided me with another card and personally walked me to my room to ensure that I got in okay.
Rooms are very clean and the beds were SO comfortable! Having two different kinds of pillows was great! We slept very well. The water pressure and the shower heads were very nice!
ONLY complaint is the shuttle service that this hotel deals with. We decided to book an earlier shuttle to be on the safe side and I'm glad that we did. Our shuttle arrived 30 minutes late and we still had other stops to make at nearby hotels before we got to the airport. We were less than impressed. While on our way, other hotels were calling the driver and were less than pleased with his tardiness. He never once apologized. On our return home we called to arrange for the shuttle to get us at the airport. We were told 30minutes. Almost an hour later he showed up. He didn't say one word to us. The entire drive back to the hotel he was on his phone headset whispering in another language. Creepy and rude. We didn't tip.
I'd stay at this hotel again but not if I needed to utilize a shuttle service to the airport.

Stayed here for one night a week ago. The hotel was good for an overnight stay. Rooms were clean; however, was missing bath towels. The problem was rectified immediately. The bed was comfortable and mattress looked fairly new. The west side of the hotel is noisier because of Hurontario street but not enough to bother me. You also hear overhead jets but that is to be expected near an airport. The front desk staff on check-in was pleasant but not overly cheerful to be there. On check-out in the morning there was a gentleman at the front desk who was most pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was typical for this type of hotel, it did the job. I would stay here again if I came to the area.

I was not impressed with this hotel for multiple reasons. Location… it’s on the far end of Mississauga, it’s basically located in Brampton. There’s nothing nearby so not a convenient location for nearby shops . The breakfast needs more selection. The staff is also unprofessional by allowing their young children to come to work with them - running around lobby and back offices. Staff also entered my room despite the do not disturb sign on door. Also this hotel will charge you for unauthorized fees and staff put fake notes to support fees because they weren’t doing their job. As a business owner myself and a host of many home rental I find it difficult and rarely write a negative review because I believe people try but sometimes it is well warranted as in this case. They didn’t even try to make good on everything wrong here. They really need to listen and do better with customer service and not argue with guests while they have their kids running circles around them.

Husband and i spent 2 nights here. Highly recommend . Price was right and very clean and seems to be well run. Staff at front dest friendly and helpful as well as cleaning girl for our room. Very impressed with everything in this Comfort Inn. Continental breakfast adequate for quick and fast. This entire place is clean and neat throughout . I would stay here again. Location was perfect for our needs and easy access on and off the 401, 407 etc. We stayed in the suite with King bed and jaccuzzi ...there was ample space to move around. Also had a couch and desk work station. Very good pricing for what we got.

This is a nice little hotel with beautiful clean rooms. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the sheets smelt clean and fresh which is something thats very important to me. The shower was a bit small but nothing to get upset about. We didn't have a chance to get to the pool but we took a look at it and it looked very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The only downside I would say is the main road the hotel is on is a very busy road with lots of early morning traffic and a lot of trucks. The windows seemed a little thin considering this, or maybe it was because they were able to open they let in a bit too much of the noise.
I would greatly reccomend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay relatively close to the airport. Probably not the best idea if you are planning to stay and be in Toronto a lot, as this hotel is no where near the downtown core.

We enjoyed our stay! we stayed from aug 18 to aug 23, 2 queen beds at 107 a night for two adults and to kids. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and always lots of towels at the pool ( the kids loved the pool) The breakfast was good i would stay again this was a great experience..

We were greeted immediately upon entering the hotel and after giving my name, I was asked to present my credit card and was advised that a $250.00 hold would be placed on my card for damages and incidentals. I don’t smoke, and don’t remove items from the room so I felt that I better take pictures of anything out of place because I didn’t want to be charged.
The room was accommodating for me and my daughter. At the time I booked the room I don’t believe there were any handicap accessible rooms left, but other than me having to help lift her into the bed we were ok. I set the temperature on the air conditioner and we were not chilly. I could not get the bath tub stopped for the bath water, so we showered instead, and it took a while for the water to get hot. The water in the sink became hot after a short time.
I was pleasantly surprised, but happy that a blue recycle bend was in the bathroom. I filled it with hot water and epsom salt and was able to soak my aching feet. The bed was firm. Overall the room was great. The pictures presented just show some of the minor problems I saw and also reflect that all the towels were left in the room.
Yes when in the Toronto area again I wud probably return to this hotel. We usually do the continental breakfast, but this trip we decided to sleep in late.

We were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the beds. putting emphasis on the comfort of the beds, they were great. However, parking was very limited, and we were rushed by a manager (I assume) to leave our room as we were doing the walk through to make sure we gathered our belongings. It was approx 30 mins before check out, I held the door open for the other room guests to do their own walk through and leave and an employee/manager was standing there, did not say anything besides "are you done". We were also charged for something out of our control. Overall was a decent stay however would change some things.

STRONGLY recommend contacting the facility directly as changes can apply to the service due to season, highway construction etc. Trust your trip is great !
