Our stay was no short of amazing, room was massive and so spotless, everything was tastefully done and well thought. We had the getaway swim suite, this room came with private swimming pool and hot tub , room is very upscale and is all gear to give those seeking romantic getaway for special occasion, First I thought it was over priced but when I saw what I was getting for my money it was all worth every dollar spent.
Loved it and will go back again.

We stayed at the Wigle motel for one night before taking the ferry to Pelee Island. We were two couples travelling on motorcycles and were very impressed with the motel. The rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. The young gentleman at the reception desk was very accommodating providing towels to wipe our bikes in the morning. If we travel to Leamington again we will definitely stay at the Wigle motel.

Recently renovated, very clean and great value for the money! Went for spring birdwatching - close proximity to many great viewing areas, including a few hanging out at the birdfeeder next door. Staff were very helpful and responsive as well.

The room was very clean. The washroom was large and newly renovated. A sitting area where 4 of us gathered comfortably. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Our room had a small fridge, a microwave and small coffee maker. It was very quiet with parking right out front of the room. This was our 2nd stay there and we would return again. Special mention to staff Joshua for being so helpful assisting with a cab. Restaurants close by.

I chose Wigle's because of it's prices and proximity to the hospital. I was booked for six nights, thought I was going to need longer, then stayed the six nights after all. For the duration of my stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was so impressed with how helpful they were. The room was perfect for my needs: clean, cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: I was in a room closer to the road, but had no trouble, even sleeping during the day.

I and my two sons stayed here for three nights. We were in town for go-kart races. The room was amazing to get back to for rest and relaxation. Unfortunately on our last night, a transformer blew, but it turned out to be a blessing as we all needed sleep. The motel is an older building that was refinished nicely.

A great room, and friendly staff at a reasonable price!

No housekeeping during COVID, but asked for more towels and had them in minutes!

My wife and I decided to go to Point Pelee with an overnight in Leamington.. Looking for modest accommodation, we came across Wigle's. Booked online. Spent the day driving from Guelph and visiting Point Pelee National Park, then drove to Wigle's, a short 15 min. drive. The motel is easy to find and has lots of designated parking. The building and grounds are neat and clean. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was neat and spotless. Not large, but comfortable for our overnight stay. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated and featured a large walk in shower. We walked to a nearby restaurant, Peter's Kitchen, for supper then slept well in a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend Wigle's for a stay in Leamington.

Recently we stayed at the Wigles Motel in Leamington. We characterized this property as a “diamond in the rough”… while some parts of motel are still under renovated the areas which are completed are very nice. Our room was compact with needs for a few tweaks…; however very comfortable. The room is decorated fresh and modern. The bathroom felt clean/new with the shower providing an invigorating wake up call in the morning.

Outside each room has a table with a couple of chairs to sit out in the night air. While sitting outside we can overhear in the distance… sounds of Spanish/Cuban/Jamaican music as we relaxing on those hot August nights. The whole surrounding area is rich in cultural diversity. The area and our accommodations were very enjoyable…

This is not one of your corporate hotels or motels with all the amenities… This Motel is being nicely renovated to provide a comfortable stay while visiting a beautiful area. Overall great value!

Stayed one night in room where there was an open and abandoned building approx. 20 feet from our room door. It rained that night, and anybody could have walked off the street and sheltered in that building. We also noticed at least two young men riding bicycles on the property after dark. The office was not staffed during the night, contrary to what is portrayed in the amenities. Security is an issue with this motel, and we did not feel safe.

What a lovely little motel, everything is clean, new and comfortable! I have nothing bad to say, as for another poster talking about the abandoned building, they are currently renovating that building. There were workers present until about 5 pm.
