OK hotel, not great. Easy access, right along major roads, but poor location away from services. Clean and spacious room, no glasses or coffee machine. Loud air conditioner. Chatty receptionist, friendly upon check-in but uneven later on.

The room I had was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The check in process was easy and the young lady at the desk was nice and friendly. There were a few anomalies- the front door was difficult to close and the bathroom door jammed shut when I closed it. Overall, it was a great value and a decent stay.

We came up to Hamilton to watch Jerry Seinfeld so only needed a nice place to stay for two nights. This place was the perfect place to stay - very friendly manager, clean rooms, good bathrooms and very cheap! The only issue we had was that the WI-FI connection was terrible, it barely worked on the first night and on the second night it didn't work at all. We stayed in the furthest away room from reception though so that probably had something to with it.

I booked the room online using my Credit Card pretty standard .. got a confirmation and a statement that it was paid in full .. when I arrived to meet my Wife there she was inside at registration .. Yes we drove separately (she from home / me from work) when she came out she told me she paid by interact and paid a $200 damage deposit.. I told her that it was already paid in full on my Mastercard. At that point we went back inside and told the clerk we are not paying twice. I was able to produce a hard copy that I had printed out. Clerk said it was not in their system . I showed him the paper copy and he disputed that it was paid for .. until my wife showed him the line on the page. He said he could not reverse the charge on her debit card .. said he didn't know how. My Wife demanded to speak with the manager was told that was not possible .. at that point I called Mastercard to put a disputed payment claim in .. explaining to them what was transpiring .. the young lady I spoke with put thru a stop payment.. because the charge was only 2 hours old. Going back inside I told the clerk who was on the phone he had 10 minutes to fix this situation .. I explained that I am in customer service myself and would never dream of treating a customer like this.. funny thing is he then admitted there was a confirmed paid for room in my name on his computer told him we wanted my wife's payment reversed and the deposit reversed.. was quite able to do that then !! We had stayed at City View a half dozen times in the past ... NEVER again not a lot of money $87 .. it was the principle of him knowing there was a paid for room and he charged my Wife again ..

Uncomfortable bed, hearing other gusts conversation continuously, people smoke outside of your window. Other than gusts noises, it is located in a very quite location. Close to Hamilton. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room.

Terrible!!!! Lice in the bed and the lady at the front desk stole my money. Do not stay here. Very racist staff. Overall a terrible hotel and would not recommend to anyone… felt super unsafe the whole night as well.

I came into a nice clean room. The bathroom had a walk in shower as I can't do bath tub. Air conditioner was great and I would stay here again. The only thing I wish they had was a bar for me to use to get out of shower. Friendly staff.

Could not stay here; this hotel does not have ANY accessible/handicap rooms. It is self-described as a small, private hotel, but still….. I would liked to have given this hotel a try as it seems to have had better reviews than many around the Hamilton area.

Great stay, room was very spacious, beds very comfortable. Fridge, microwave, free parking in front of room, front desk lady was excellent, friendly staff, a short 8 minute drive to downtown Hamilton. Would definitely stay here again when visiting.

A friend helped me get a room there on Christmas Eve, so I could surprise my daughter and three grandchildren. He used his credit card through expedia to book and pay for the room as a gift. When I arrived there, there was no record of the transaction, so after talking to the owner ,he let me pay from debit and all seemed fine. When I returned later that night, after a great surprise, I was confronted by the owner and told if I didn`t have a credit card I was to leave. He was mad because my friend had put a unhappy face on the check in review. I had no idea what was going on and the owner was rude,unreasonable,confrontational and wouldn`t listen to anything I had to say. I was terrified of him, so at 9:30 at night on Christmas eve I left to find somewhere to sleep. I lost my payment for the room as I didn`t know what he would do. I have never been treated so badly by anyone. And not even an apology or reimbursement. I do not recommend this motel.Glen

No they do not. Forget kitchenettes the fridge does not even cool properly and they do not provide water bottles as stated on their site. Just a heads up
There are more places to choose from in the Burlington area.
