When we arrived in our room, we found that the previous guests had not left the safe open, so we had to call the front desk. Someone came up to open it for us in 2-3 minutes.

As a side note menu items were sold out a full hour before end of service.
Food ok, service horrendous.
The pool is small with no hot tub, but it is 9 feet deep with a pillar in the middle of the water. Kind of a different layout, but there are a lot of fun things to do with 9 feet of water and a pillar.
Would definitely recommend this place and will visit again next time we are in Vancouver.
Breakfast is NOT included with the room. There is a restaurant on site with a good breakfast menu for about $20-$25 each. The food was good. The pancakes were some of the best I have had in a restaurant.
There was a fairly hefty charge for parking, which is to be expected in downtown Vancouver. By the time all five sets of taxes were added to the room, the total cost was quite a bit more than the conference rate I was quoted! There was some noise from outside on Friday night, but other than that, the hotel was quite quiet, even though it was very busy for the weekend.
"dont stay there on weekends. its noisy. and don’t forget to double lock your doors and leave dont disturb sign before going to bed always"Read full review
