Room was clean but lacks attention. It's good enough to sleep and on a budget, the service was good from the staff. it's close to downtown. Regarding the hotel, you have to ask for a drier, microwave and we noticed that the shower is not working properly. It's coming from the shower head and the tub.

I read the reviews of rude staff and I would just like to say that Kelowna, in general, is a very rude town. Why, because there are too many rich people here who have spoiled bratty kids. These kids need jobs, so they work in stores, hotels and restaurants. I get it, people, because that is my experience anywhere I shop in this town. I am surprised that half the local stores in Kelowna aren't bankrupt. They treat people like crap. Maybe some of the parents could teach their kids some manners and how to treat other people, especially when you are being paid for a job!!! I have lived in almost every province in this country, and nowhere have I ever seen such rude and mannerless young people. I have complained so many times about rude kids in stores, and nobody seems to care. It seems that writing reviews such as this are the only way to go. This is our future generation.

Coming from Australia I have been staying here for 12 days as it is close proximity to eating places and the nursing home my Uncle is in. The staff are very friendly, and although the place is old and a bit dilapidated the bed was comfy and the room clean. Could do with a bit of maintenance. If there was an issue they fixed it straight away . Thank you.

I have been really upset today. I booked my one year wedding anniversary trip last night at 10pm and booked this hotel. The dates are August 5-7th. I got a called from the hotel today (July 6) asking me why I didn’t check in. This was when I was alerted of the booking mistake. The hotel seemed understanding and willing to move my dates for me. They told me I had to get in touch with expedia as I had booked it through them. Between me and my husband we spent 4 hours on the phone with expedia. The call ended with the hotel claiming they were fully booked last night and making me pay for the entire reservation, even though it was booked at 10pm and the likeliness of someone booking in at that time is extremely minimal. I was refunded the second night and now have to wait ten days to get the money back. We really did just want the dates moved to the correct date and to enjoy our time at this hotel. As a result of their lack of care and understanding my husband and I won’t be able to afford to go on vacation to the Okanagan for our one year anniversary now. We both lost our jobs due to Covid. We lost $150 on absolutely nothing. I am extremely upset about this and am really disappointed with the hotel’s lack of empathy.

Awful!! 15 min after I got here honking, load music, partying like crazy. 525am major yelling, a guy and girl fighting over drugs and him throwing her and her going to another unit screaming about drugs etc. RCMP were there 4 times in 2 hours.Noise all night long here. Very schetcy people. Lets just say I was booked in for 4 nights and I am checking out the first night. DO NOT STAY HERE

What a shame this hotel has went down hill. Given a room with a key that didnt work, got a new room. Room was old, molding missing from cupboards, NO Towels, strange drug people next door, pool had bandaid in it. Went to take dog out at night and there were so many drug transactions taking place it was scary.
Bathroom tub clogged, behind door in corner there was some black grim. Walls filthy. Courtyard was nice, grounds are well kept.
Lack of maintenance and repair is appauling. We left at 730 in the morning, just to get out of this place. Such a shame.

As you drive into the lobby area you are greeted with great piles of bird poop that surround the pillars holding up the roof. Our room was very dirty, and our feet were black from walking around inside without shoes. The air conditioner was tiny and did not cool the main room, let alone the second suite room which has no fan or anything. The bathroom door handle was broken, and the tap for the tub was about to come out of the wall. The fold out bed was like from the 50s (you can feel every spring) and had some old cardboard folded into it. Not worth what we paid. Avoid.

Well, I'd say the worst room I've stayed in ever. First the smell. Used to be a smoked in room, clearly. They try to cover it up with something but it's in the walls and floors I think. Hard to get rid of that smell. Stuffed up in the night from it.

The chairs at the table were something I've never experienced. Ripped and extremely dirty. I took photos and the front desk did not seem at all concerned. He just explained it was an old hotel. Can be old and sanitary though I would think.

Within 5 minutes of entering. I left. Put my keys on the front desk and went to an appointment hoping to find something else for the night. Many hotels were booked and I had already paid. Came back, he said he had rented it out. I was confused because I had not cancelled the room. It was purchased for the night by me. So, legally he can't sell it twice. He made me wait 25 minutes, to let the other folks down that he had rented it to, and gave me the keys again.

Front clerk was friendly and parts of the hotel were clean but I would really spend an extra $40 or more to get peace of mind elsewhere. I almost slept in my car, because it was preferable but I tried to make the best of it.

Poor Customer service. Very unfriendly. When we got to our room the battle began about the air conditioner unit. It took four visits to the office before we just gave up in the 99 degree heat. They finally agreed the unit was broken after 1.5 hours and 2 office visits. They replaced it but never cleaned up all the debri on the floor of our room and just left the broken unit outside our sliding door to trip over. We were unable to get them to clean anything up despite several more attempts. What a nightmare!
