My husband and myself stayed here for just one evening before heading to the airport the next morning. It's got a great location in Kelowna with perfect distances to the airport as well as the other activities the town has to offer and even has their own little courtyard with a well sized pool.

The one complaint I have is the cleanliness of the rooms. The bathroom as well as the sink and counter just outside didn't seem to have been cleaned at all. There was hair in the bathtub as well as various spots along the tiled wall. I'm not very picky as to what star of hotel I will stay in as long as it's clean and if they provide food, I would like it to be decent. As they do provide a continental breakfast which is sufficient, the cleanliness is just not there. I couldn't even find soap in the room and when I approached the gentlemen working reception he advised there should be dispensers on the wall to which I replied there weren't. He said he would then bring some soap but did not so we continued to use our own hand sanitizer.

If they put a little more care into keeping the rooms clean it would be a good place to stay as everything else was fine and acceptable for the price you pay.

For $234 a night one would expect a lot more - breakfast was not worth having went to a restaurant instead as there was very little choice. It is 4:30 pm room still not cleaned no extras offered people unfriendly. The pool is small and looks nothing like in the pictures had to request clean towels they give you they give simple basics. No pop in machine by ice machine- there are better places out there - no safe to store valuables!!!!

We stayed on 2 occasions and it was quiet and the included breakfast was OK, but we missed some hard boiled or scrambled eggs. Cold weather made the hot-tub not usable and the heater in the room had some trouble, otherwise all were fine. The staff were helpful and the fridge and microwave keeps the beer cold and some food heated for a light meal. We will be back!

Rooms wasn't ready when we arrived. Billing and front desk service atrocious. Amount charged to Visa actually higher than invoice amount and a complaint has been filed with Visa.
When we arrived the room we had reserved online was replaced with another smaller room and when we went up the room still had not been cleaned. When we returned to the front desk the front desk staff grabbed the key and went in search of another room for us leaving his post and us unattended.
The room we ended up with was smaller and was billed out at a higher rate than the room we had reserved online.
In the morning when we went for check out there wasn't anyone on the front desk and we actually had to go around back and knock on staff room door in order to find any staff. We also witnessed the phone at the front desk is seldom answered, frequently ignored or hung up on.
When we asked to speak with a Manager we were given a card and told that we would have to call in later to speak with the manager.

Do not stay at this Days Inn.

Overall the hotel was okay. We stayed two nights during a road trip through the Okanagan. Location was okay. The room smelt stuffy and musty when we got there, but it went away as we circulated the air via the AC. The room had new floors, but it still felt dingy. The bathroom area is small, and even though it was clean, it just felt grimy. I think they need to re-do the bathrooms. I am not sure why budget hotels do not put hand towel hooks by the sink. I know this is a small complaint, but it is so odd! We got two bed queen room as there was no single kings available. The one bed was AWFUL, you sink in the middle and the springs dug into your back. But the other bed was okay, still not the best, but better. You could tell the bed was much used. Not very sound proof. The front desk people were friendly. The continental breakfast was good. The outdoor terrace area with the tables really needs to be cleaned more regularly- couldn't enjoy coffee in the morning due to dirty tables.
We used the gym and it was HOT. Not sure if the AC broke or what, but that was just awful.

Overall it was okay, we would not stay again, but if its all you can afford you'll be fine for a night or two.

3 of us stayed here for 1 night on our BC trip and were pleased with the accommodations provided. Check-in/out was easy with simple access to the pool and hot tub area. The room and common area were clean and maintained as I would expect. The breakfast was limited somewhat but still had a hot aspect with pancakes and cereal which was nice. The location was good as well, a short drive into downtown to the harbour area of Kelowna.

Ita sad that so many Hotels and Motels have gone down hill in the past few years as the rise of Drugs have ravaged our great Canadian Cities. This Days INN was not like that and we felt great to stay for the long weekend. It is a comfortable amd safe place to stay. The Price was alittle high though.

Sleep in your car rather than stay here!! I travelled solo in October and had 2 strange men knocking on my door late at the night. The hotel front desk staff had given them MY room number and they wouldn't leave, one even put his foot in my open door so I couldn't close it. The front desk lied to cover up their mistake and then gave me a measly $20 off the room to get rid of me. I tried calling Days Inn corporate customer service about the issue and they were equally as useless. Other strange characters lurking around the property.......what a nightmare hotel!! I won't stay in a Days Inn anywhere EVER!

Its really sad how most Hotels are Price Gouging people now to recover their Covid losses. This one was really bad. Stayed September Long Weekend in a regular room.
It was very busy so pool and hot tub were disgusting by 4pm. Free Breakfast ran out before closing time. Room furniture was falling apart, had to use a piece of cardboard on a closet shelf to shield close from the dirty shelf because drawers were scarce and would not open. Sink wouldn't drain.
Stains on sheets, curtains and ceiling.
Room was almost $400 CAD/night, VERY sad!

The hotel itself isn’t terrible. The tub if for an infant and the sing isn’t in the bathroom. The don’t allot you to have any extra amenities in your room like an extra pillow and we’re hesitant to give us more cups. But the breakfast on the other hand was a complete joke. They weren’t even prepared for the amount of people there. There was not enough food and no one to stock it. There were absolutely zero protein option nor options for anyone with a gluten allergy. For $200/night I expected way more.

You would have to contact the motel and ask them. They have a large parking lot at the end of the building with a high fence around the property.
