Since our Vegas trip was cancelled due to the COVID panic-epic, we had to plan a getaway. The DFIC (as they call themselves) had a Stay and Play package for $159, plus taxes. Included was $25 discount for food and first $20 gambling. Turned out to be a great deal. The King bedroom was comfortable, all usual amenities plus a 'fridge, Keurig coffee, multiple HD TV channels, hi-speed wifi and a nice touch of a bottle of water. The casino was good. All the machines have plastic shields between each machine and they are sanitized by staff frequently. There are no table games, but they have virtual computerized roulette, blackjack and baccarat which, as I used it, was as good as the real deal. Food: see my review of the Mojave Grill. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations - It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were even creamers in the fridge for the room coffee machine, with a complimentary bottle of water and chocolate mint. Nice touch! Would highly recommend.

Pool area was quite dirty and hot tubs looked like there was very little fresh water flowing in or out of them. The bed in the room needs to be replaced and sagged deeply from all sides. Fresh cream in the fridge for morning coffee was the nicest surprise the room had to offer

Our family had a weekend staycation here. We chose this place because of the pool and we had a great time.
A few hiccups upon arrival with them overbooking our room type, we were given another room of the same value. Our first room we checked in to had not been cleaned so we had to bring our luggage back down and request a new room.
We ended up in a business boardroom suite. It has a separate bedroom with a king bed. The bathroom can be entered through the bedroom or living room. It had a sofa-bed couch and two chairs, a table with four chairs, a desk and a mini fridge. A microwave can be requested but there are a limited amount available. There is also a tablet in this room, and a tv in the living room and also the bedroom. The bathroom has a large counter area and two sinks, but shower only.
The elevator is fast and never had to wait long for it.
The pool area is great! It has a waterslide and two hot tubs, a shallow area with a little slide for toddlers and that area connects to a deeper canal that leads to the rest of the pool. Pool hours are fantastic 7am-midnight. There often were no towels which could be frustrating to have to walk back to your room dripping wet and cold.
We enjoyed a great breakfast at the Mohave Grill inside the hotel. There is also limited room service available. There are restaurants close by if you want to try something else than what the hotel offers.
The casino is right there if you want to try your luck.
Our stay was enjoyable.
As of Sept 20, 2021 proof of vaccine or negative test will be required to stay.

We stayed here for three days with our daughter and we were highly impressed with the level of detail they went to ensure the safety of everyone. They took our temps on arrival, all rooms were cleaned and sealed for 48 hours and had a seal on the door. They were kind enough to let me borrow a meeting room for a video conference I needed to have while there. The common areas were very clean and social distancing was enforced. The pool area was governed and they did well with making sure social distancing was enforced there Overall the trip was great and I would recommend this place for anyone!

This is an awesome hotel . The only issue was the printer was unable to print because it was out of ink. But that is minor. Our room wasnt ready when we arrived but we were given access to the pool right away. The breaker blew in our room so jet tib wasnt working they fixed it right away. We got to watch a projector drive in movie with a pop and popcorn included with our stay on friday night, we decided to pay for the campfire so we got a campfire brought out with chairs and wood and a box of smore ready for us outside. The staff was great and efficient my daughter had fainted while we were in the pool security medical came right away to assess her. I'm beyond impressed with our stay we were given an option for purchase trio to zoo trampoline park and heritage park with each nights stay. It was a little expensive but I feel like it was money more than worth spending for the experience.

We decided to stay over on New Year's eve since we were attending the New Year's 80's Dance party downstairs. We booked through the hotel site and added on the romance package - excellent value! for $20 more we enjoyed a bottle of champagne, chocolate strawberries and a $50 card to use at any of the restaurants. All staff were excellent and the room was decorated well, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We needed to pick up some gun parts in Calgary. We arrived at the Hotel late and were warmly welcomed. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Felt very safe regarding Covid by hotel, restaurant, & casino - cleaning staff is constant. In fact felt way safer than any other public venue (grocery/shopping centers). Food is great and large portions. Rooms nice. Staff friendly and accommodating. One over night stay make you feel you have been away some where else and for more than one day.
