This hotel is just off the Trans Canada Highway (TCH) and is easy to locate. Relatively new it is spotlessly clean. Standard Covid-19 safety procedures are in place with social distancing reminders and sanitizing stations available. Our room faced the highway, which resulted in slight traffic noise, but very minor. The room and bathroom was spotless and provided Keurig coffee machine and mini fridge. Lots of large bath towels. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 the regular hot/cold breakfast is not available, however a bagged breakfast of yogurt, fruit, juice & granola bar is provided at the front desk, along with coffee & tea in the room.

A number of families in our local area stayed at our local Holiday Inn. We had a blast the hotel was clean. The pool and waterslide area was safe and fun. Breakfast is included there were so many hot and cold choices. They do have gluten-free options which is a very nice surprise just ask the attendant and she well toasts some for you outback.

Wonderful two day stay for the conference. Very obliging staff, great breakfast and meeting space.
Comfy beds. Clean public area and washrooms. People were coming and going throughout the two days and everyone was greeted with a smile.

This room was spacious, clean, perfect temperature, and the bed was really comfortable. King w/ Jacuzzi. They supplied us with a great breakfast to go with fruit, yogurt, muffin, juice and a delicious granola bar. Nutritious. Thank you.

Just wanted to say what a great experience we had at this hotel. They took a dreadful situation and made it more than bearable!! When we arrived they had no water with an expected resolution by 7 or 8...this didn't happen, however they ordered pizzas for the whole hotel as well as brought in entertainment. Although the water still wasn't on later in the evening they provided complimentary rooms for everyone. They kept everyone informed of what was going on with the situation and we never felt out of the loop. Water was restored sometime in the night and everything was back to normal in the morning...the staff were excellent, always very engaging and friendly. A prime example of a manager who puts their customers ahead of everything and treats their staff with appreciation.

This hotel & its staff was exceptional. Booked online & check-in was efficient. Room was clean, comfortable, & spacious (traveling with 3 kids & their things demands space). Front desk readily provided pool towels & a roll away cot for the night. The well stocked hot breakfast in the morning was the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Our checkin was slow and staff seemed unorganized. Room and washroom looked dated. Tissue box holder was broken in our room and there was no tissue box when we checked in. Good thing that price included an acceptable breakfast and we stayed only one night.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting the area. We had a king room with sitting area on 4th floor. Comfortable bed, great shower. Well located and clean. Downside was they do not clean the room on 2nd day. Had to ask for garbage to be taken away as breakfast remains were smelly. Needed 2 new towels. Sadly price isn't lowered even though no housekeeping. TV leaves a lot to be desired. Few channels and not hd. Also room noises carry. People beside us we could hear child playing and running.

Overpriced for what it is. Room promoted as king bed with pull out couch, though the pull out couch is absolutely unusable for sleeping on and had crumbs all over the mattress. Furniture is all quite worn actually, and the whole hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and has many broken fixtures (lightswitch plates half missing, lamp not working, etc.). Breakfast was fine, though garbage cans closed with bins on it for waste right beside where we're eating is far from appealing, the tables not wiped down regularly, all disposable low quality plates and cutlery. Slide is a nice feature but pool is too small. No individual thing about the stay was terrible, but overall each thing was underwhelming - certainly seems like a low 2-star hotel to me. Would have been acceptable for half the price.
