This year is our second year staying here, and I can confidently say that you can never get tired of it! Beautiful scenery, great services, and the cottages are nice and clean! The water is clean and warm so I amused myself by swimming in the lake. There's also a BBQ set as well as camp fire. Firewood is provided. The Wi-Fi connection here is stable and fast! It was fun just walking around the area too. A very relaxing environment. Loved it. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend it!

We wanted a quiet place we could call "home" while exploring Manitoulin Island and this cottage was absolutely perfect. It was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed and so very comfortable. So nice and peaceful to sit on our private dock to view he sunset and watch the ducks and loons go by returning to their nightime locations. I wish we could have stayed longer - we will hopefully be returning soon.

It's an amazing place, we stayed only two days, but enough to join the nature, peace and kind warm on this paradise angle.
The wood cottage are clean and well organized, we've had the barbecue outside and done a trip on the little boat available for free. Absolutely suggested.

This is an old fishing camp that is still opperating. Although the cabins are old, they have been updated with wiring, plumbing, and kitchen ware, so are fully functional.
Most importantly, they are clean and tidy.
Everything worked, and it is evident that the owners keep on top of replacing worn out items, as many new things are evident.
Cottages are well separated, and have direct access to the water. A small sand beach area is great for kids and very safe.
We spent a short time fishing, and were rewarded with a nice Bass. There are definitely fish in the lake, as we watched as others caught them right off the shoreline.
Sean, and Delray, were very friendly, and made us feel quite welcome.

Five little cottages on a beautiful lake. As a hungarian, I had my first canadian cottage experience here. It's run by a lovely family. It's so gorgeous, we booked for one night and we stayed for another. Every cottage has their own fireplace and barbeque facing the lake and the sunset. It's so quiet, at night you can hear your own blood flowing through your veins. I haven't slept that good in ages. The cottage itself is sqeaky clean and basic, but it has everything what you need, including free wifi, boardgames and vhs movies to watch at night if you please. The hospitality is great. At the first morning we woke up and figured, we don't have any coffee and the closest town is 5 minutes drive. I asked the lady at the office to how I can get some coffee. She made us 2 cups of coffees from her own and gave us enough supply for the next morning. If you want a perfect cottage experience, highly recommended to come here.

We stayed in cottage #3 which has a bench beside Big Lake but cottage #4 has 2 Adirondack chairs on Big Lake. It is also in the sun for most of the afternoon. The wood cottages are very clean and have all of the necessities that you expect in a cottage. The screen in porch is great! There’s a great playground for the kids, volleyball net, shuffle board etc... We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed 4 beautiful nights at this remarkable place. The owners, and family and extremely kind and helpful making your stay as best as possible. Our cottage was well suited for our family with kids and the waterfront was our evening retreat to cool off after a day of touring. Our only regret is that we should have booked it longer, but know so for next visit! Thank you for a memorable family vacation!

We could easily have stayed for a week or so. 2 days are too short for this place. The lake is magic. Sit on the porch protected from mosquitos that come out only after sunset. We had nice steak on the bbq. And enjoyed the nature. Even fed the geese and chipmunks. Memories have been made on Manitoulin.

This small group of 5 cottages are lovely. Very clean. Lots of hot water. Best part; just bring beach towels and your food. Propane BBQ in front of every cottage. Canoes, kayaks and motor boat available for rent. Nice small beach on “Big Lake”. We swam on June 26 and Water was fine. Play area for children. Very quiet. Half an hour from the Ferry. Can book and check availability on line.
