This is a perfect place to stay - they offer everything you need. We chose Paradise Villas to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect choice. Sabine helped us coordinate booking the scuba portion of our trip (with Little Cayman Divers who were also fabulous). She greeted us at the airport, loaded our bags in her truck and had them delivered right to our cottage's porch (including dive gear and a cooler full of adult beverages).

Check in was quick and painless - Sabine provided us with all the information we needed for our stay, including the opening hours for the local grocery store, liquor store and other bars and restaurants. We were also briefed on all of the COVID 19 protocols they had put in place to ensure guest safety. Very thoughtful and thorough.

Our cottage was an open plan one bedroom unit with a queen size bed. I believe the couch in the living area could have also been used as a pull out bed. The bedroom area had a nice big dresser in it. The toilet and shower were in a room with a door and the sink, vanity and closet were adjacent to that room. The TV is in the bedroom, mounted above the dresser.

The kitchen is very compact but has everything you can think of including dishes and appliances (toaster, microwave, bar fridge etc...). There is a little table facing the window overlooking the water if you want to eat inside. The couch and coffee table were also in this section of the cottage.

Outside there was a table and four chairs if you wanted to eat on the porch facing the water. Beyond the porch, there were comfortable loungers and hammocks.

There is a pool area which is attached to the Hungry Iguana Restaurant (see separate review).

Paradise Villas also provides bicycles for their guests - you just help yourself. The selection was good because we found a bike to fit me (4'10" female) and another for my husband (6' male).

Mark handled our check out and he was fabulous. He made sure we were happy.

Sabine and Mark run an excellent operation and we will definitely be back.

My husband and I live on Grand Cayman and were looking for a weekend getaway to unwind and relax after the Christmas festivities and Paradise Villas in Little Cayman was the perfect choice. We had fantastic communication from Sabine from the very start and she even met us off the plane to help check us in and escort us to our villa. Paradise Villas are gorgeous one-bedroom studio-style villas, just opposite the airport on their own private stretch of beach. The villas are simple but well thought out, providing everything you need for island life. There's a very private and peaceful beach to lounge on in your own private hammock watching the wildlife or a communal pool and jacuzzi to enjoy near The Hungry Iguana (aka the Iggy) restaurant and bar on site. The villas have a portable cooktop, kettle, fridge/freezer and bbq and we brought a cooler full of food and drink (including Boxed's ready meals) and enjoyed home cook meals and a glass of wine on the patio and it was bliss! Our villa also came with fresh towels and beach towels and was cleaned during our two night stay which was a nice stay. We also booked a scooter through Scooten Scooters which was dropped off to us at our villa which was great! If you're looking for a couples escape or a family vacation where everyone can have their own space, Paradise Villas is perfect. I'd highly recommend them and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Spent four wonderful days at Paradise Villas - we wish we'd had much longer! Mark and Sabine were so helpful before and during our stay. The location is absolutely wonderful - I could sit on the verandah and look at the beautiful view forever! Not to mention the frigate birds, swallows and booby birds.

The rooms are spotless and the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal if you don't want to eat out. The off license and supermarket are only a couple of minutes walk away. There was a BBQ too which was great and we used that most evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and enormous and the shower was amazing!

Wish we could have stayed much longer and really hope to be back one day!

We try to get away each winter for a few days. My girlfriend has a high stress job and it is hard for her to relax. An hour after we arrived, she was in a hammock and totally relaxed. Our condo was about 20feet from the water!

Marc and Sabine were great hosts. Marc went out of his way to see that the restaurant prepared a lobster we bought from a local diver.

We will be back.

My wife and I have stayed at Paradise Villas many times in the past, but not for a few years. Just visited again and we are so pleased with the renovations and improvements they have done. Our villa had a renovated bathroom, beautiful tile and glass shower enclosure with a rain-shower and handheld, and new kitchen cabinets, fixtures and small appliances. During COVID, they built a rock wall behind the villas and created a sandy “beach” between the villas and the wall, which is beautiful for lounging. The new king-size sleigh bed is great and new windows and screens let in the fresh breezes and the sounds of the palms and waves. The WiFi is strong and the fajita specials at the Hungry Iguana next door were fantastic. We’ll be back for sure.

We stayed at the Villa's for 2 weeks over the Holiday's. The Villa's are quaint and accommodating. It was bit smaller than what we were anticipating, but that was fine. The beach was small, but it worked fine. We loved seeing the Heron each night come to feed in front of the Villa, the lizards and Iguana's were cute as well. The kitchenette has the basics and worked well for what we needed. We at breakfast and sometimes lunch in the Villa The Grocery Store is a 5 min walk if that, very convenient.
I cannot say enough about the kind vibe of this island and this place. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We have traveled to many, many islands and I might say this one of the most friendly.
We loved riding the cruiser bikes everywhere, and the fact that they were free was wonderful. We picked a couple out and they were ours for the duration of our stay. We biked the entire island. We ate several times at the Iguana, the food was good and the staff is incredible. We also at several times at Little Cayman Resort, the food is great and Tamara at the bar is a rockstar! We really loved going there.
Thanks to Marc, Sabine, Aurelie and the staff at the Iguana, along with all the dive staff who made our stay great and so enjoyable.
Also, thanks to Catherine and Mitch who are "regular's" on the island and villa's, they gave us lot's of good info and options. Really appreciated that.

We had a fabulous stay at this unassuming beach villa/bungalow. We love the island for its simplicity, peacefulness and lack of amenities. The bungalow is freshly decorated, compact but with all you need for a holiday by the ocean. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchenette well equipped and the balcony view wonderful. The villa was cleaned up daily by the lovely ladies and we used the pool and hot tub regularly. The beach is ok for a dip but not a full sandy experience so recommend going out on the dive boat for full swims, dives or snorkels. In the office Mark was very helpful and we loved the little restaurant attached, the Hungry Iguana. We made breakfast and lunch in the villa with purchases from the ‘village store’ and we couldn’t have been happier. The dive operation attached to the villa is also five star and I will be reviewing them separately. We can’t wait to come back. Many thanks to the team. Virginia and Andy

Our first time on Little Cayman. As the name suggests, it is small, but it is proof that beauty comes in small packages!

We were slightly nervous about the hotel’s proximity to the airport - but we were being overly sensitive, it’s an airstrip and we walked the less than 50 yards from there to the hotel checkin. Our hosts were surprised and apologised for not being there in the truck to pick us up!

The villa is great, clean and well equipped. There is restaurant / bar attached - the Hungry Iguana - which is thriving,

The villa scores over others on the island in that the shops are within walking distance and you don’t need a car.

Snorkelling off the north side is brilliant.

Little Cayman is a true holiday paradise and these villas are aptly named.

We enjoyed our one week stay at Paradise Villas. The cottages are right on the beach, large front porches with chairs & tables. Lounge chairs & hammocks on the beach. Swimming pool & hot tub at the end of the cottages right beside the Hungry Iguana restaurant. Marc & Sabine are so friendly & accommodating, helpful with everything. We rented a car from Little Cayman Car Rentals & dove with Little Cayman Divers, all located in the same office building as Paradise Villas. The cottages are clean, comfortable, fully-equipped with coffee maker, tea kettle, hot plates, fridge, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots & pans. Great air-conditioning. The beautiful, big king-size bed was a dream! Thanks Marc & Sabine for a great stay!

Although not a five star accommodation, it's pretty comfortable at about a three star or equivalent to a Comfort Inn or Days Inn room. The back door and deck faces the ocean which is nice but the beach itself is not that nice as it's only part sand and the area closest to the water are rocks. But 99% of travellers who come to Little Cayman come here to dive.

In the beach area where I sometimes relaxed after diving, I saw cute little geckos and tiny hermit crabs. One great thing is that not once did I encounter any cockroaches and mosquitoes inside my villa.

Over on the main road on Little Cayman with just a few minutes walk is the island's only grocery store/hardware shop where I got some price sticker shock. I knew this in advance so I did bring most of my own food for my stay since my villa does have a kitchenette and I didn't feel like dining at any of the three restaurants on the island.

The Paradise Villas staff met me at the airport next door and brought my luggage over for me while I just walked over to the resort. Overall, I would say that this is a good slightly lower cost option than staying at the all inclusive dive resorts on the island even though these villas are still not cheap. But again it's all about getting the best overall diving in the Caribbean here.
