We had room 209 which was a two-bedroom and super clean and had the best view overlooking the pools, the trees, and the pool bar. The balcony was a great place to sit and watch the comings and goings and hear the music at the bar below. At times it was a bit loud but didn't bother us as you could not hear it once in your bedroom. I can't give it 5 stars since our room was very worn out; the good news is that they are currently updating all rooms, starting on the 3rd floor and our room and kitchette had everything we needed and more. The rooftop restaurant on-site is a gem; you cannot beat the foot and the view and vibe up there. Lots of chairs with shade around the pool and Syvlia and Mary and simply the BEST EVER. They came to us lounging in our chairs and took our orders walking back and forth constantly in the heat catering to our every whim. They were always pleasant and seem so happy and the customers love them and the happy hour is amazing. This property is literally 200 steps away from the beach and there is always someone there to get you a chair or chaise in the shade. Mary and Sylvia don't come to the beach (but I bet they would if you were to ask them ; - ). The pool bar serves a great breakfast and there is another restaurant on site which is a sushi place and cafe but they have odd hours. This property is away from the traffic to the NW by the high rises so is very quiet at night in early mornings but is wonderful because it is within walking distance (@ 2 miles) to the vibrant DePalm beach and casinos.

Dear FiveBigBlueLakes, Thank you so much for your positive comments after your recent stay with us. We are delighted that you had a great visit and will share your comments with our colleagues. We are also grateful for your mentioning of the possibilities on-property regarding restaurants, like the roof-top La Terrazza Italiana. And, indeed, we have just finished renovating the 3rd floor in Phase 1. And we hope to start with the 2nd floor (including rm 209), in the Aug/Sep time period, finishing at the end of November/Beginning December. And on another note: We are only 75 steps away from the nr 3 beach, Eagle Beach, according to TripAdvisor. We look forward to welcoming you soon again to our Resort and thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience with us. The Management

Upon entering Paradise Beach Villa friendly faces greet you , but then you’re told check-in is at 5:00 and it may be sooner, but sadly that’s not the case . Once, entering the room , the lay out is spacious with a full kitchen, floors can be slippery. The layout of the property is also spacious with a big size pool but there is no entertainment on the property, none at all. No, live music that I know of , no face painting for the kiddos, no water exercise classes. The gym consists of three treadmills and an exercise bike with one elliptical. There are some small weights , oh and a broken down scale ( that makes you ten pounds heavier) I mean come on Paradise can’t you afford a scale for your paying customers. The front desk staff is not very courteous charging a dollar for a copy ( I mean really, that should’ve been done free for us ) We also asked if we could have a slightly later checkout ( one hour) and they quickly declined. I mean come on Paradise Villa we already lost almost a day with your 5:00 check in . You can’t give us an hour ?
Gave it three stars because I liked the lay out of the room and I also really liked the restaurants on the property and the workers by the pool were warm. Front desk staff however needs a hospitality training. Really debated in my head about giving this place two stars . It’s done though three and it goes .

Dear PRDiva_2021, Thank you for the feedback of your recent visit with us. While we acknowledge the positive aspects of your stay, we have also made careful note of the areas where we need improvement. As per the 5:00 pm check in time, that is because of the extra, government demanded, COVID cleaning measures we have to take, for your and our own safety. And although the Front Office cannot give an exact time we now have a tv in the lobby that shows the rooms that are already clean, and those that are still being worked. We certainly appreciate your comments and will use them as a means for upgrading our overall operational levels – which we trust you will experience on your next visit. The Management

We had an incredible time on our first trip to Aruba. Paradise Beach Villas is a great property. The beach access is perfect, the food at both the Italian and Peruvian restaurants is great. (sunset on the balcony of the Italian restaurant is a must) The pool bar and snack bar are also a great place to relax and have breakfast or lunch.
The rooms are clean and bright.
Traveling around Aruba is a breeze. It is very is to drive to most beaches and sites.
Along with the rest of Aruba, PBV is very Covid cautious and takes very good precautions.
We have traveled to many islands. From various Saints (Martin, Thomas, Kitts, etc) other Caribbean islands ( DR, PR, Cozumel) to Hawaii. For relaxation, good food and safety, Aruba wins hands down, and Paradise Beach Villas is a great place to have as your home while there.

We booked a studio room as we were told there were no other rooms available. Upon opening the door the mold smell hit you in the face and opening the cupboard doors the stench was unbearable. Complaining instantly to the front desk I was told there were no other rooms available and offered no resolution to the state of the room. It was also the smallest and worst laid out room we have ever been forced to spend time in. The front desk staff Sandra, Gisele and the rest were all useless and rude. As our room was so disgusting we tried to spend more time by the pool. Unfortunately this was just as bad as the supposed security were letting many many friends and family of guests in but not controlling these non guests so we could not use the pool. I asked one guard how many outside guests were allowed and he said he didn’t care they could have 50 people if they want. Now this in spite of signs all over saying everyone using the pool facilities must have a resort wristband.
I wrote a letter to the manager outlying my concerns but Bianca couldn’t even bother to reply.
Aruba is a beautiful place and they are a lot of places to stay so if you wish to enjoy your vacation I would recommend you stay anywhere but Paradise Beach Villas.

We stayed one week in a one bedroom suite at the Paradise Villas and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The place was spacious and so so clean! The room had everything you would need from pots and pans, utensils and appliances. The view from our room was spectacular and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfectly situated across from the most beautiful beach on the Island (Eagle Beach). And close to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. This stay far exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

WHAT A WAY TO START VACATION AT PBV! 1st day, my family and I waited over 2 hrs for our paid rooms which was booked months in advance, then were told my the Manager Bianca, they don't have 2 bedrooms, and 3 people can sleep in a king size bed and 1 on a sofa. After wasting 1/2 day, Bianca said, she will work something out for the inconvenience and we're still waiting to hear from her. She was no where to be seen or heard from, since the 1st day.
Staff at the front desk had poor customer service. When asked a question, no one knows anything. Fast forward to the last day, we were bullied out of your rooms which we got ok to stay until 2pm. We were bullied by House Keeping Manager Jeanette and Mohammed and playing the blame game by others.
Management and front desk needs better training.
Sylvia was the best! Excellent customer service and very pleasant.
I love Aruba and it beach, but I will not recommend PVB.

Nice resort. I was not happy with my room 102 facing the highway. The front desk claimed they were fully booked but I notice a couple of rooms facing the pool unoccupied. Otherwise the other staff members were kind, courteous and helpful.

Dear DDubbs10710 Thank you for the feedback of your recent visit with us. While we acknowledge the positive aspects of your stay, we have also made careful note of the areas where we need improvement. We are a little surprised since we are not situated along a highway. And we do apologize for the miscommunication. We are a Timeshare that is sold out for more than 90% year-round. When we say that we are fully booked, that means that all rooms have owners or are reserved by/for transient guests. It might happen that am owner does not show up but as per our bylaws, we are not allowed to use that room unless receiving written permission from said owner. So, yes, we were fully booked but certain rooms might have shown to be empty because of the owner not showing up and communicating their (eventual) arrival date/time. We certainly appreciate your comments and will use them as a means for upgrading our overall operational levels – which we trust you will experience on your next visit.

Very nice smaller (timeshare) resort on beautiful Eagle Beach Aruba. Very well maintained. A quieter, cozy resort in the "Low Rise/Eagle Beach" area.
Great staff. Very much a "tight knit" group of employees working as a team. Three restaurants (Tiki Bar and Restaurant, a Peruvian and an Italian) on the property. Many great restaurants within walking distance or only a short cab ride away.
New Manager "Lillian" is very approachable and creating some wonderful improvements. New chef
"Raul" at the Tikj Bar & Restaurant, has created many delicious dishes and recent menu improvements.
The often not mentioned, but very important housekeeping staff are a hidden gem at this resort. A new housekeeping employee Angelique, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager "Jeanette" and (special shout out to) Joally are all very hard working, dedicated and customer service oriented. Joally always has a beautiful smile.
The newly renovated units in the older (phase one) section are very well appointed, modern and beautiful. In the near future, all of the phase one units will be fully renovated.
Great "over the top" service from the Beach and Pool employees (Eny, Troy and Chris)...accompanied by Angele (a real "angel") serving Food and Beverage "on the beach" as well as "Claudio" working the "Towel Hut".
Resort front desk staff (Biance, Gina, Giselle, etc., etc.), were all very accommodating and helpful.
...of course we will be back.

If you are checking in to Paradise Beach villas, and they assign you to room 114 beware. We were sent there on a promotional deal that was set up by a third party company after a major home purchase. Well there is definitely no such thing as free. This vacation was supposed to be a second week for us in an area that we love so dearly. However, we had never stayed at Paradise Beach villas and I certainly don’t understand why anybody would. Room 114 must be the room. They give two people on these promotional visits. Because it was the most damp, most dark, most musty hotel, accommodation/villa I have ever witnessed. Our first clue should have been the large dehumidifier in the doorway as we walked in to this cave. I could go on and on about my disappointment and about the quality of this resort but I think you’ll get my point Aruba is one of the finest places to visit however, not at Paradise Beach villas.
