What an amazing experience. From the very beginning we were welcomed by the fantastic H-Crew: everyone went above and beyond our expectation. As we could not dine the first evening due to a sunset hike, we asked for a packaged dinner and what a treat it was ❤️ the breakfast buffet has absolutely everything and is followed by an afternoon snack, which in fact is another fabulous buffet. Top it off with a buffet dinner and 4 course menu - for a foodie this is a paradise. Speaking of paradise: the SPA and relax facilities are best in class: countless whirlpools, saunas and of course THE Skypool. Lastly, as it was our anniversary I had asked for a little celebration and what we received exceeded our expectations. We would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat and are already planning a longer stay for 2024. Perfect location, fantastic hotel, amazing holiday.

Do not look further when you are looking for a top quality wellness five star hotel experience. We were there in May 2023. So far, this is the best ever and most welcoming location we have ever been to. What can I say, it is not only the incredible infinity pool with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and the ‘floating’ heaven and hell spa where you can relax in a jacuzzi and sauna as if you are flying in the sky, but also and above all it is the top quality service of the staff who give you the feeling that they want YOU to have a great time, and they do this by continually being alert to your presence, greeting you and asking if you need something, but in a pleasant and welcoming manner. The whole atmosphere is really that of a family run hotel, which it is. The family members themselves are also present, visible and involved in the daily routine, for instance by guiding you when checking in or welcoming new guests at the dinner stand before entering the dining area, including Mr. Gasser himself. All this make you feel totally at ease. If you look for a snobbish hotel, don’t go to Hubertus, but go elsewhere. But if you want to feel comfortable in a hotel environment which gives you a really warm feeling, go to Hubertus, and enjoy a high quality 5-course dinner every evening, with an enormous choice of wines, and perfect service by the staff, or enjoy your breakfast with a great diversity of everything you can think of, including a separate counter where you can ask for fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, and so on, and depending on which day of the week, also grilled sandwiches or other choices, or fill your croissant with chocolate or other delicacies from a spout, or eat the unique home made light honey, just to mention a few options. Also, the design, details and finishing of the hotel itself and particularly the rooms are highly noteworthy, for instance the beautiful woodwork, and nothing is over the top, but all is functional and warm (we had the panoramic room belvedere). My wife says ‘It is a dream which came true. Highly luxurious though genuine and pure, aimed at today’s requirements and ready for the future, realised with beautiful, honest, sturdy materials, created and perfected with love and perseverance.’ There is even a backpack for hiking! All this may cost you an arm and a leg, but it is worth every eurocent of it. Go there, you will not regret it!

An exceptional hotel in an idyllic location - visually and in terms of practicality given its close proximity to the main cable car station for Plan de Corones.
Incredible food - variety / creativity and presentation of an evening and good buffet for breakfast and afternoon snacks
Decor could be modernized / refreshed a little in some areas
Heaven and He’ll will be incredible when it opens.

We stayed for seven nights and I can say that the main advantages of the hotel are infinity pool which is really nice and views to the mountains and valley from the room. We stayed in the most expensive room Alpen, however it was a bit outdated with unpleasant smell, old carpets and sofas. Consider booking rooms Belvedere which are large and renovated. What was a real disappointment is FOOD. 90 percent is really disgusting, but served by the waiter as high cuisine. What a surprise for Italy, where we have been to 20 times and always stunned by gastronomic experience! Around 10 percent of dishes (all different every evening) were eatable, but only 5 percent were tasty. The waiter told us so many times how amazing is their chef Christian, but honestly after being in many hotels and restaurants all over the world, this is not the level. Even the quality of ingredients was low. Instead of rib-eye in menu we were served regular cheap beef, lamb was not tender, but smelly piece of old meat. Pasta was very far from Italian one. At lunch there were often strange dishes, such as Russian salad with mayonnaise wrapped in ham etc. Maybe for 3* hotel such food would be ok, but I really suffered from those dinners 7 days which took 2 hours of trying to pretend eating all the “masterpieces” of the famous chef and answering questions of the waiter whether we liked it. The waiter explained that the problem is that we were not used to such special high cuisine :))) I would recommend to improve the quality of ingredients, make less dishes but of higher quality.

'Our stay at The Hubertus exceeded expectations. Even though all the reviews I’d read were positive and the pictures looked lovely, I was impressed from the moment I walked into the hotel as everything seemed better in real life.
All the staff at the hotel were excellent, they were professional highly trained in customer service and most importantly friendly and helpful.
There are so many little details that make your stay relaxing and enjoyable, I will not go into all the details here-book this hotel for yourself and you will not be disappointed.'

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hubertus. The hotel is truly stunning, very unique/iconic. The breathtaking views from the rooms, the multiple pools, jacuzzis, and the restaurant were exceptional. It felt very exclusive and relaxing. We also treated ourselves to a lovely massage at their SPA.
The food was not only amazing but also diverse, offering great portion sizes and catering to various dietary restrictions. The Christmas dinner was very special, with live music, mulled wine, and delicious treats on the balcony.
The location of the hotel is perfect! They have a van to take and collect the guests from the slopes, it is a really short drive. Kronplatz is beautiful and also has a great structure.
The hotel also offers several activities, and they have a journal with the daily activities. Unfortunately our ski classes were in the middle of the day and we couldn’t manage to participate on them. However they have a great variety for everyone!
What really stood out the most for us was the outstanding staff and family; everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly! Thank you 🙏🏻❤️
Leaving is quite sad, but we will be definitely coming back soon!

We stayed for 6 days in January and it was the best start to the year we could ever have imagined! We enjoyed it so much we booked again for next year at checkout.
This hotel has real 5 star service - friendly, helpful and professional without being over the top. All of the staff are wonderful! The food was unbelievable. 6 courses a la carte every night with an extensive and varied buffet breakfast and lunch. Wine menu was excellent and well priced and we enjoyed our evenings at the bar with Karol and Abdelleh who were fantastic. So entertaining and knowledgeable! We tried some awesome cocktails and local spirits.
There is so much to do on the weekly activity schedule that we did not even get around to skiing but the lifts are literally 3 mins away by shuttle. The highlight of the week was a hike up to the hotel's chalet for a party hosted by the Gasser family. So much fun!
The spa facilities are the best I have ever seen. So much choice of pools and saunas with the most breathtaking views. No photos can do the SkyPool justice - we cannot wait to see the new developments next year.
The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Room was huge with a freestanding bath looking over the mountains and super comfy bed. There are so many areas to rest and relax around the hotel both inside and out that you are spoiled for choice.
There is nothing remotely negative to say about this hotel or its staff. I am counting down the days until we return... :-)

Aplin Panorama Hotel Hubertus is the most amazing hotel we have ever visited. The hotel looks amazing on Instagram. We were a little afraid that the reality would be different. And the reality was different! In reality, the hotel is even better! We tried to get visited Hubertus for 2 years but it was always full. So if you get the chance to visit Hubertus, don't hesitate. It is one great experience that you must experience! The hotel is in an amazing location - imagine yourself swimming in an empty, 25m pool with warm water, it's cold outside, the sun is shining and mountains are all around you. That's exactly what you'll experience in Hubertus. And a wellness center called heaven and hell? Well, that's something incredible. We still do not understand how it is possible that this wellness is a levitating air. The hotel is clean, spacious. The amazing thing is that you don't feel like it's full of people at all. You may even find yourself in the pool or sauna completely alone. The greatest experience was the food. The best gastronomic experience. We love Italy and Hubertus especially. Wow, wow, wow!.. This was my husband's and my second trip to this AMAZING hotel. We have already booked to go again next year too. We've never done this before!
There is so much to cover, from the full programme of activities the hotel provides each week to all the incredible spa facilities, along with the gorgeous relaxation rooms. A huge shout out to Marion, who took us on three hikes, and went beyond meeting our needs and expectations as she goes out of her way to ensure the very best experience. The hike we took to the tiny hut for dumplings, is not to be missed, absolutely stunning scenery, picture post card. Marion speaks really good English too, along with Italian and German! We don't ski, so the hikes are a fantastic way to see the area and get some exercise.
You need to exercise, as the food, three quarter board (really full-board, as you honestly couldn't eat anything else) is exceptional. Fantastically varied, each evening, and beautifully presented, very much like a high end restaurant (6 courses). Tatiana looked after us in the restaurant and was very friendly, highly professional and funny! Her English is also fantastic. Charming.
The Gasser family are very much present and friendly with everyone, congratulations to them for creating this welcoming and incredibly hotel. I'm sure it will soon be a 5 star and it's hard to believe it is a 4. You can tell that it is deeply important to the family and all the staff, that you have the best possible experience and we certainly did.
The swimming pool, spa, relaxation areas are off the scale luxury. You can see this from the hotel's photos, so I don't need to explain this further. You will just be hard pushed to do everything in a whole week, hence having to book again! Hannah on reception was delightful and all the bar staff are fantastic, attentive and very knowledgeable.
Although the rate seems expensive, it truly isn't when you understand just how much is included within the rate. Actually fantastic value for such a luxurious hotel.
