We visited Tania in June 2022 and have nothing but great things to say about the hotel, venue and people we encountered. Firstly, even before arriving my wife was very helpfully assisted by Tania to ensure all of our transfers/requests/reservations were taken care of and everything we had requested was done perfectly. Big thanks to Dimitrius who was managing the hotel during our visit, he was extremely helpful and friendly and provided us with a lot of helpful tips about how to spend our days and restaurants to visit etc. The staff generally were very helpful, particularly the two ladies and gentleman who were based in the kitchen/restaurant area and served breakfast every morning.
The hotel is located right in the coast so we had regular dips in the ocean and the sunsets/sunrises are great. It’s a 5/10 min walk into the main part of town with a lot of restaurants, so very convenient for dinners as we could walk back (it’s very safe, so not concerns there). I would recommend hiring a car as there is lots to see across the island outside of where the hotel is located, Pollonia, and it would be a little expensive and inconvenient to rely on taxis. There are some amazing sights/self tours/restaurants to visit which Dimitrius suggested we visit, so pick his brain!
100% would highly recommend to anyone considering.

First of all, Pollonia is a great option for Milos. It has the best restaurants all within walking distance of Tanias hotel. The hotel itself is simple and elegant with an amazing ocean front location (and a natural sea pool). The room has a fabulous shower (so hot) with Korres products, a comfy bed (ours looked out onto the natural sea pool and island of Kimolos), cozy robes, towels and slippers, a lovely bottle of local wine and welcome treats when you arrive, a drying rack on the patio, and bottled water (which some hotels did not provide).
We usually don't enjoy hotel breakfasts but this one was special. Everything is freshly prepared by Tania's mom including home baked goods (hello chocolate torte).
Then you have Tania herself who will go above and beyond for you. True luxury is how a hotel handles a problem and Tania had our back 100%. We thought our ferry might be canceled due to high wind and Tania was with us every step of the way. She reassured us we'd have a room (for multiple nights if necessary), monitored the weather and boats, and helped us make a back up plan. Her constant care allowed us to remain calm and still have fun.
We highly recommend her hotel and will be back for sure. (Don't miss: Yialos , Erginas in Trypiti, Klima, and Plathinea Beach (beach bar has a tasty tomato and cheese sandwich)-

My husband and I stayed at Tania for three nights in July 2021 during our honeymoon. We booked a Superior Double Room that had a ground floor balcony overlooking the water in two directions. The room was a very good size, the balcony area has a drying rack to hang/dry swimsuits, water pressure was great so were the AC and hairdryer. But the best part about staying at Tania besides the incredible view is how lovely the owner is. She helped us arranged dinner reservations, private transfers, assistance booking an ATV and planning our beach day around the island. Everywhere we went, we mentioned that Tania had reserved for us and they gave us the best service...she is is a VIP on the island of Milos. The only downfall for us was that we didn't have more time. Pollonia is located a 20 minute drive from the port of Adamas and we ended up spending a lot of time driving across the island for dinners and activities we had planned...we wish we would have had at least 2 more days to really relax, enjoy town of Pollonia and the beautiful hotel (you can swim off the rocks right near the hotel!).

I was really jet lagged when we got there, and Tania immediately made sure I had everything I needed to relax. Tania is an incredibly hands on hotel keeper; she is always there, making sure that the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is delicious. I had the best lemon tart on earth EVERY morning!!! I can’t say enough good things about Tania, her hotel, and the beautiful water just steps from our room.

Our stay in Tania’s Seaview was extremely regenerating and amazing! Tania and Mary made us feel at home and were the most warm- hearted team we had experienced in our travels. The location of the hotel, the rooms, the breakfast, the cleanliness deserve more than 5 stars. The breakfast and delicious pies and savories were out of this world . Needless to say the sunset views from the balcony were mesmerizing. All the housekeeping team and Emmanuel the server were extremely friendly and did their best to make the guest experience meet the highest standards. Tania herself was the soul of this lovely hotel who gave special attention to each guests demands and interest making the Milos experience a memorable one for each and everyone by recommending the visits and booking the most authentic restaurants. It was exceptional in every respect and has spoilt us for all future hotels. The spaces are open and airy, immaculately clean and quiet, and beautifully appointed. We stayed for 5 nights. Tania was very helpful with our booking, always quick to respond and answer our queries. Our room was a Double Superior Plus upstairs with a big balcony and sea and sunrise views. It had everything we needed, including aircon and a ceiling fan, very helpful in the heat. Large, soft beach towels were provided in a beach carry bag. There is no actual beach at the hotel, but a big flat rocky area from which you can easily dip into the warm blue sea. A small sand beach is nearby. Mary’s (Tania’s mom) breakfasts are legendary and now we know why, typical Greek food (not the usual bacon & egg) and totally delicious, especially the fresh daily homemade pies and cakes. Dimitris on reception was incredibly helpful and friendly, we dubbed him the “Cappuccino King” for his delicious cappuccinos, usually accompanied by a slice of Mary’s tasty homemade cake, or sliced fruits. The deck chairs which face the sunset are a lovely way to enjoy the evening with a coffee or a cocktail and watch the sun go down over the sea. If you are looking for a beautiful hotel in a stunning location, with all the luxurious comforts and a superb breakfast included, we can recommend Tania’s Hotel 100%. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it far and wide to everyone we know. A very big thank you to Tania and Mary and all your staff for our wonderful visit to Pollonio on Milos!

This was our first stay, and I really hope it won't be our last. Both Tania (the hotel) and Tania (the woman) were excellent. She was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us lots of useful advice and making reservations for us. We left an item in the room and Tania quickly arranged for it to be on the next ferry to Sifnos, where we'd gone.
I think all the rooms in the hotel would be like our two: spotless, well-designed comfortable, quiet and spacious. I think that's all the boxes ticked. Many (all?) have great views of the sea a few metres away, and the sunset. Our bigger room, No. 9, was particularly good. It's on a corner with two balconies, neither overlooked so you can sunbathe with as little on as you like.
The proximity of the sea is fantastic, especially because the area right by the hotel has flat rock to sunbathe on, and the rock also forms a big natural pool, so you can swim in this protected area, or in the open sea just beyond - also safe, just a bit more adventurous.
As well as being close to the sea, the hotel is a short walk (a bit more than five minutes) to the centre of Pollonia where there's a sand child-friendly beach and a good choice of restaurants, all with tables overlooking the water.
Tania provides beach towels for visits to the many other wonderful beaches of Milos, and there's a big car park.

I visited Tania Hotel in Milos in October 2020 and had an amazing experience. I stayed there for a one week yoga retreat and I liked it so much that I extended my stay for another week. The location couldn’t be any better - right on the waterfront facing the Aegean Sea from one side, and Kimolos island from the other (it is located on a corner/peninsula). I was able to enjoy the sea view even from my bed. It was wonderful to be able to swim before breakfast there. It felt like having our private beach since we rarely saw any one else there apart from few other guests. Very quiet and peaceful yet only a few minutes walk to the centre of the village where restaurants and bars are. The owners of the hotel and the staff were immensely hospitable, caring and accommodating. Always smiling and eager to help with any query or need we had. The home-made breakfast was delicious! Pies, quiches, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, dakos, freshly made cakes.....We were spoilt for choice! I have never had such amazing quality breakfast in hotels (and I have been to some really good ones). By the time I left the owners of the hotel, Mrs Maria and Tania, felt like family. I will be visiting them again soon. I had such a wonderful time. Thank you!

The property is well kept and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, consistently meeting solid standards in every area (from housekeeping to bathroom and room amenities, to bed quality and comfort).
At breakfast, everything was prepared with care and food simply tasted good and authentic (the variety of food offered during the 5-night could satisfy a variety of palates).
What made the stay so memorable was the attention and care that Tania and the team genuinely offered during my stay. I felt appreciated as a guest and welcomed at every opportunity (and Tania went beyond what one would expect from a 5-star concierge!).
Side note: I am big fan of pools, even at locations that offer pristine beaches, so I was a little hesitant when booking when I realised that the hotel did not have one... In the end, I did not miss a pool for a second as the property, water front and scenic view of the cycladic sea is simply stunning.

Echoing previous comments, we had a wonderful stay at Tania and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to Milos! What makes all the difference is the owner, Tania, she's a magnificent host, always there to help in an unpretentious manner. She would sit down with us every day to help plan what places we would visit, and would go out of her way to make things easier for us. Hands down, the best host we ever encountered! Same goes for the rest of her team. In terms of location, Pollonia is a great little village to spend a quiet vacation, has everything one needs. Tania is situated in an ideal spot at the northermost tip where you have an unobstructed beautiful view to nearby Kimolos. You can even swim in the small natural basins! Rooms are spacious, clean and have a minimalist aesthetic, in tune with local architecture. Breakfast is rich and tasty, and enjoying it on the seaside in the mornings is definitely a highlight. All in all, a great experience elevated to another level by the owner and staff with their warm greek hospitality. Will definitely come back!

Direct contact with Tania is only way to get on list of cancellations or find a small opening for a few days. Phone or email works. Tania speaks many languages. It is their super high season and as you see from the reviews - FAbulous!!!
Milos is an island a ferry ride from Santorini, it is not commercialised like Santorini and much quieter with beautiful beaches and the most stunning coastline.
There are more places to choose from in the Pollonia area.
