The guide was so knowledgable and worked hard throughout to give us real insight into the Colosseum and Roman Forum in working times. Really added value to the experience. We couldn’t find our voucher or meeting point and they worked really hard to make sure we didn’t miss out. It was very hot but she stopped at several spots along the way so that you can take a little break and cool off in shade. - PDeeChicago, IL1 contributionThe buying experience was not good to start with. There was no proper communication. The booking agency number mentioned was from India. There was also a local number in US. When called, they did not know anything about this tour operator (called Binge) or anything about my reservation. I almost thought I was scammed.
I then called India number during India time and there they were able to confirm.
The actual tickets arrived 48 hrs in advanced as mentioned. But directions to Audio were totally missing. We saw colosseum without the audio.
I bought tickets because I trusted tripadvisor name. I will never buy through tripadvisor again.

Our guide Gulian (the archaeologist with long hair) was so passionate about the Coliseum and Roman Forum areas. He provided such a detailed tour and made sure to regularly allow us to ask questions and offer input. We visited in July so it was extremely hot and he made sure to stop the tour in shaded areas wherever possible and allowed time for toilet and water bottle refills which was very thoughtful considering the diverse mix of ages within our group.
Second time visiting Rome and the Coliseum and we are so glad to have booked this tour.
