We have visited a show at the Krystallpalast three times in the last 2 years. We always had a great time, and the shows are of exceptional high quality! Due to the fact the audiences are seated at small chairs, the Krystallpalast provides a true classical 'varieté' feeling. You can almost touch the acrobats and other performers. Wonderful!

We live in Leipzig and visit the Krystallpalast Varieté 1-2 times per year. The shows change every 3-4 months and so does the quality of each show. The "Schwerelos" show was the best we have ever seen. No silly jokes by the show master, young artists from Finland, Hungary, France, the USA, Columbia, performing in harmony and excellence, every one with his/her specialty.
The theater holds approx.130 guests, the selection of drinks is large enough to please everyone and there are some snacks available. Dinner in the adjoining restaurant can be ordered ahead of time.
With the relatively low cost for the show or the combination dinner&show, an evening at the Krystallpalast Varieté is certainly to be recommended.

We were a large group, but the establishment is obviously geared for this. The set menu was excellent & the service could not be better. The show afterwards was very good & everybody had a good time even though many of my colleagues do not understand German. I can recommend this place to anybody.

We spent such a great evening in Leipzig! The show is a good combination of humor (you can see, what the real German humor is), amazing acrobatics, magical tricks, nice music and inspiring acting! Even with my bad German I understood almost everything! Rosé champagne made it even better :)

There were 11 performers who did some tricks, but with the exception of 2 of them, none had any real talent. Ive seen better variety show with circus type performers that were really fun,but this group was a bit blah!

What a lot of clever acts. A mix of skill wit and humour that made time flash by and the audience didn't want to leave. I laughed like a drain at the chaps in the cinema. My eyes ran and my shoulders ached, but there were so many other memorable acts such as the acrobatics over our drinks table that made us clutch our glasses and the place names that made a story and also flew into the audience.
Given the chance I would love to repeat the expirience.
