Travis Kelce appears to be making a bid for pop culture’s modern day renaissance man. The Kansas City Chiefs player and boyfriend of one Taylor Swift has announced plans to star in an upcoming Ryan Murphy project, is an avid consumer of fine arts, and, according to his own mother, a “fashionista” in the making. But the tight end has also been exploring his potential as a festival producer and DJ, which is why we are now subject to the second annual Kelce Jam straight out of Kansas City’s very own Azura Amphitheater. Over the weekend, “Page Six” reported that more than 20,000 fans gathered to celebrate the footballer’s sophomore attempt at throwing a music festival, and Kelce, it seems, was having a lot of fun. “Through all my years in [Kansas City], life could be no better than right the fuck now,” he yelled at the crowd at one point.

“I’m so fired up,” Kelce told People on the ground Sunday. “We got Lil Wayne, we got 2 Chainz — two of my favorite rap artists in the game since I believe I was in high school — and we got Diplo about to take it over in between the two sets. So it’s just gonna be a whole bunch of fun.”

The Super Bowl champion made himself accessible to the crowds over the course of the weekend, bringing the Lombardi Trophy on stage, throwing footballs into the crowd, chugging drinks onstage, and DJing with Diplo. Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany Mahomes were on hand supporting their friend as usual, and, in what can be only described as bro heaven, Kelce ensured that sponsor Wing Stop provided free wings for attendees throughout the event. In speaking to “Page Six,” Kelce also revealed that Swift had given him a little advice for winning over fans: “Just go out there and have fun.” I can’t speak for the fans, but the thespian-in-training certainly made good on his end of the bargain.
