Les expertsLes experts
  1. Driven by the shared desire to unite their experiences, ideas and knowledge, Les Équilibristes is a collective of winemakers founded by François de Monval and Florent Girou, respectively restaurateur and oenologist. Under its fine bubbles, their sparkling wine reveals beautiful aromas of bergamot, mandarin, peach and white pepper. A nice way to get acquainted with the world of "pet nat".
  2. Juicy, fresh and spicy, this red from Almanza offers a lot of presence and volume on the palate. Can easily be served as an aperitif accompanied by meaty nibbles or at the table with roast pork, tomato pasta or poultry in sauce.

  3. A selection of old vines over forty years old make up the heart of this emblematic cuvée from Domaine des Tilleuls. Prolonged aging on lees gives fullness to this vibrant white with lemony, floral and saline accents. Fine and elegant, it will stand out with a starter of fried panko shrimp or to accompany a warm goat cheese salad.
  4. An indigenous grape variety related to Syrah, Lagrein is actually a distant cross between the local Teroldego and an unknown variety. Flagship of Alto Adige, it’s appreciated for its juicy and vibrant character. In the hands of Alois Lageder, it goes to the next level. A beautiful bottle to sublimate lamb chops.

  5. Coming from a small, little-known Gascon appellation, this cuvée highlights a trio of grape varieties that are very specific to the region. Taking advantage of a subalpine environment, they develop slowly but are full of both charm and tension. A bargain at this price! The perfect wine to pair with spring rolls or maple lemon pork chops.
