I am also an LCDC substance abuse counselor. I provide guidance counseling and aim to create self awareness, build coping skills, identify self-defeating patterns of behavior, identify negative coping and faulty patterns of belief, thinking errors, etc. My therapy amounts to CBT & eclectic, psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approaches, that in my 15 years of experience, has shown to be effective treatment that creates positive results for clients.
