People often seek out the help of a psychologist, coach or consultant in order to improve in some way. Whether this means at an emotional/social/behavioral level or in a performance-related domain, I take the same basic approach: help you, the client, understand what it is you most need or want, and then work with you to get you there. My general mission as a professional is to help others - adults, teens and couples - grow and develop in increasingly gratifying and successful ways. My office is located in Spokane, but services are provided statewide.
I have worked extensively with adults, teens and families across a range of clinical concerns, from symptoms of anxiety or depression, to deeper concerns around motivation, identity, meaning and purpose. I also have special expertise working with neurodevelopmental issues, such as Autism spectrum disorder and ADHD.
My practice tends to draw career-minded adults and teenage athletes seeking help both generally, and more specifically in their performance-related area. I provide depth-oriented consultation to facilitate substantive and lasting change, and to ensure my clients are engaging successfully with the goals most meaningful to them.
