I have experience of being part of an adoptive family and have a specific burden to work with adopted children and the siblings and parents of those children. I enjoy having conversations about faith and if a client should request this, it can be included in each session to the client’s level of comfort.

My treatment process begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, typically lasting one to two hours. During this assessment, I carefully evaluate your presenting concerns and symptoms to provide accurate diagnoses and formulate personalized treatment recommendations. If I determine that I am the best fit for your needs, I will suggest starting with outpatient sessions on a weekly basis, gradually transitioning to biweekly sessions as progress is made.

I can help you to recognize patterns in your thoughts and actions that contribute to feeling distressed and help you to change those patterns.
