Business Operations & Analytics (BOA) is the central hub for projects and communication supporting NYU Research Operations. The team aims to provide flexible service, agile resources, and pragmatic solutions by leveraging technology, creativity, and project management skills. BOA is an internal-facing office, advocating and encouraging education, open communication, and operational optimization. In addition, BOA oversees the management of the Cayuse Research Suite, including training and resources.
