This year’s Black Friday falls on Friday 24th November 2023, right after the Thanksgiving celebration in the United States.
What is Cyber Monday 2023?
This year, Cyber Monday is scheduled to take place on Monday 27th November 2023. It’s the digital shopping event that follows the Black Friday frenzy, with a primary focus on online shopping deals. On Cyber Monday, brands like Boots and John Lewis roll out more substantial discounts and enticing promotions across a wide array of products. It’s the perfect chance for online shoppers to score more fantastic deals, all from the comfort of their homes or workplaces.
Boots returns and refund policy
Boots customers can return unwanted items within 35 days for a refund or replacement, subject to availability. To return an unused item, all you need to do is return it in its original packaging. Boots reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are not in a saleable condition or are damaged. Faulty or damaged items upon delivery or store collection will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
To return an item from boots.com, simply head to your nearest store with the item(s) and order number from your confirmation email. A store colleague will verify the email and process a refund to your original payment method.
Shoppers can also return their item(s) for free via post. Download and complete the returns form, include it with your item(s), and create a Royal Mail returns label. Visit your local post office and remember to request proof of postage and retain your receipt!

How much does Boots delivery cost?
Boots charge £1.50 for click and collect and £3.75 for standard delivery. However, shoppers can enjoy free click and collect when they spend £15 or more, and free standard delivery on orders over £25.
Some shoppers in certain areas in the UK may be able to have Deliveroo or Uber Eats deliver their item(s).
Boots also over next day delivery for £4.95, and you can also select a named day delivery up to 14 days in advance.
