The SBN has named Chelsea Arnold, customer service lead at Driven Lighting Group (DLG) as the network's newest #SheIsSEMA spotlight member! Chelsea has been with DLG for two years and what she enjoys most is having the opportunity to learn and grow in the automotive lighting industry. Having attention to detail, compassion, and being strong-willed are the three qualities she attributes to getting her to where she is today. The best advice Chelsea has ever received is to coach up or coach out; She applies it to herself when she thinks she can't accomplish something. She either coaches herself through it or coaches herself out into a better situation. Read more about Chelsea in SEMA News: https://bit.ly/4cEJjTF

The SBN has named Julieanne DeVooght, senior sales manager at Sprintex Superchargers, as the network's newest #SheIsSEMA spotlight member! Sprintex USA added Julieanne to their team last year. With Julieanne's racing background, love and passion for empowering women in and out of the industry, her experience running a female-centric podcast "Chic Chat" and owning WranglHer, Sprintex USA felt Julieanne could be a positive addition to their team and customers. "The best advice I received was to plan as perfectly as you can, whether it was a business plan, a plan for a race, evaluating competitors, understanding their style, or the terrain with off-roading, or understanding how Mother Nature adds to the difficulty and how to be prepared if she decides she wants to rain that day, what gear to bring, etc.," said Julieanne. "This advice is why I feel success has joined me on so many occasions." Read more about Julieanne in SEMA News: https://bit.ly/3RxMC71
