Wow, what a month that was! 🌈 The Pride LGBTQIA+ Business Resource Group and I organised many different Pride activities and events throughout June at Kohler Mira. Our mission is to create a greater sense of belonging and inclusion for all associates and the broader LGBTQIA+ communities where we live and work. And have fun while doing it!! We were joined by a range of inspiring guest speakers, who educated us through their stories and lived experiences. I feel very lucky to be part of a forward thinking business that encourages and drives positive change within both our workplace and the community that we operate. The Pride BRG is just one example and I appreciate all the individuals who came together to support and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community. Pride Month may be over for another year, but I look forward to being part of the team at Kohler Mira that continues to drive change both within and outside of the workplace.
