It’s just a shame that you don’t reply to applicants to advise at least that they were not successful
Well done, where do all your Surplus Stock go from your stores? as we buy large quantities in the UK, Europe
As the butt of your "team" jokes, please continue to reap rewards while leaving me out in the cold, after all, as one of the many, many, 3rd party managers, I did not attend the floor meetings. Though I heard they were good and appreciated my presence on Sundays Rex.
Amazing 🤩 looking forward to working with Selfridges in the near future🤞

1yShame that you don’t treat your customers with the same respect. My daughter has had money taken from her account for an order which she cancelled. Having chased why the pending payment has not been returned to her account, and being a Uni student in London, has limited resources, she has been given four different reasons why you have failed to return her money. Today we were told that your systems have failed and the message to her bank was not processed and there is nothing you can do! This is unethical trading and downright disgraceful treatment of a customer, whose money you have failed to refund and continue to retain, offering the most ridiculous reasons as to why you cannot refund her for an item she cancelled and never received. We are getting nowhere with Selfridges which seems to have absolved itself of any responsibility to return refunds. We are aware of other customers that this has also happened to and who resorted to travelling to London to go instore to demand their refunds. This is appalling trading by this company, perhaps Andrew Keith would care to explain why he allows this to continue and why Selfridges feels it is unaccountable for their own failing systems and withholding money from my daughter?
