Find out what our Chief Exec, David Mawson has to say on today's results.. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Today’s results deliver the stability the sector needs to confidently plan ahead for the delivery of quality housing options across the UK. It’s well documented that housebuilding rates have struggled against the pitfalls of the planning process, and that investment has been deterred by political uncertainty. We welcome Labour’s commitment to planning reform and its pledges to work with the private sector to get more homes built. We look forward to the opportunity to work collaboratively with the new government to ensure the delivery of a mix of housing types is accelerated across the nation. The build-to-rent sector already provides professionally managed housing as an alternative to the notoriously unreliable buy-to-let sector. Over the course of the next parliament, a greater emphasis on emerging asset types, such as single-family housing, will ensure that high quality rental homes are available to as many people as possible. #Election2024 #BTR #singlefamilyhousing #buildtorent #homesforrent #SFH

We’ve had loads of new faces join our team over the last few months so we thought we were long overdue a team social at Flight Club last week. 🎯 Despite the least flattering camera angle we’ve ever seen, we loved spending some competitive quality time as a team outside of the office. Congrats to ultimate champ Steve Kitching for taking the top spot! 🏆

I'm a bit of a confused individual." — Liam Lister (his words, not ours) We asked some of our team what they listen to on their commute to work. Check out their interesting (and sometimes surprising) choices! 🎶 Anyone up for a Placefirst playlist? Featuring: Sam Gadsby, Liam Lister, Holly Sale, Marion Read, and Ben Dolman

Congrats to all who made the North West Insider Media Property Power List, including our own Chief Exec, David Mawson. Entering his fifth year of leadership, David continues to be ambitious in his growth plans for Placefirst by pursuing greater partnership opportunities in both the private and public sectors to accelerate the delivery of homes for private rent. Well done DM! 👏

Team Placefirst had a brilliant time at the Cowgills #NWHA24 last week. Our Project Director Phil Jones was up for Rising Star of the Year but we dont need a trophy to know he’s the best of the best and despite not winning, we celebrated accordingly anyway. 🏆 Ben Dolman / Rhiannon D’Arcy / Peter Clarke / Holly Sale / Kirsty Jolley / Charlie Alcroft / Graeme Mill / Marion Read / Alun Davies was there too but was too busy chatting.
