Last Friday we wished for a weekend of sunshine and instead got rain, so this week we're keeping tight lipped about tomorrows football hopes ⚽🤐 Football aside, it's time for our #weeklyround up - here's a quick look at some of the things the BCS team have been doing this week! ⭐ Over in Bolton, our Bolton Council officer Patrick has been at the weekly business drop in session at the library. If you're a Bolton business owner and are looking for help and support with your business, the sessions are held every Wednesday at Bolton Library. ⭐ Our Stockport Council colleague Sarah has been trying a different approach in getting required questionnaires completed by some food businesses. By visiting them in person she's been able to ensure the questionnaires are completed correctly, and has also been able to offer her support with any other questions while on site ⭐ We have a fab new video presentation up on our website and YouTube page. It's a video guide on How to Gain and Retain a Level 5 Food Hygiene Rating, presented by Bury Council officer Joe. Starting with the very beginnings of mummification during Egypt's prehistory, Joann looks at its development through time using evidence from Bolton and museums around the world; and how modern experimental mummification has helped our understanding.
