In May, I did half-marathon together with 572 P&G’ers participating in Generali Geneva Marathon - from 5K to the full 42K, our runners gave it their all, embodying the spirit of perseverance and unity. Just like at work, our runners set goals, worked hard, and pushed their limits to achieve their targets. Regardless the distance or the time, I am proud of all colleagues at work and in sports - their journey towards the finish line mirrors our commitment to continuous improvement and personal development. Few weeks ago we celebrated the exciting milestone of just 100 days until the beginning of the Olympic Games in Paris! This is a very special and exciting moment for P&Gers, especially for us here in Europe! At our Geneva office, we kicked off the countdown to the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 with an electrifying event! Our team showcased the culmination of months of hard work, with immersive brand activations and a sneak peek of what's to come in Paris. From Above The Line copies, to interactive booths, we immersed ourselves in the Olympic Games spirit and even had the chance to win prizes! A huge thank you to all of my colleagues in Europe and beyond. Together, we're gearing up for an unforgettable journey through the Olympics and beyond. Let the Games begin!

June is always a very special month for me, as we sum up and reflect on the closing year. Last week was truly unique to meet in different forums with our employees, European leaders, and our global leadership. We looked back on a fantastic year filled with some remarkable achievements. It was an absolute delight and privilege to have our Chairman of the Board, President & CEO Jon Moeller joining us, as well as some of our global sector CEOs engaging into very dynamic discussion on accelerating growth in Europe. Big thank you to Jon Moeller, Jennifer Davis, Gary Coombe and Sundar Raman for being with us face-2-face last week. We now reset to zero, and get ready for a new chapter of the next fiscal year. After 35 years with P&G, I never get bored about it. Why? Because there is always something new lying ahead. Also, the success of the current year cannot guarantee the same for the next year, which keeps us all sharp and hungry for winning. I personally feel that our commitment to innovation and collaboration has never been stronger. And it paves the way for what we aim for in the next year. My last market visit to Germany was an intellectual cocktail of expertise with very sophisticated taste of unique insights. What is the recipe? Exceptional and best-in-class ingredients of expertise in the room. P&G Chief Operating Officer Shailesh Jejurikar helped to us to drill into implementing superiority across all vectors. P&G Chief R&D Office Victor Aguilar shared both strategic and functional perspective on the role of innovations to drive category growth. Our Chief Product Supply Officer Luc Reynaert guided us on operational excellence in product supply, which helps to deliver unmatched value to both our customers and consumers. And as always, engaging with our local team members was the main ingredient, filled with passion, dedication, and ambitions for winning and growth in Germany.
