I'll give you a hint: It's all about being comfortable with looking for and telling the truth. Be clear on what the business is doing well, where its challenges are, what you want from a leader, what it takes to work with you/the board, and stress-test leadership insights for risks. This means that I, as an assessor, can provide them and the leader with more precise insights. And what an empowering context in which to do my work. Delivering value all around.
