Global Compensation Leader

I had such a great time at the #TotalRewards24 conference by WorldatWork! I was a #firsttimer and felt so welcomed! From great speakers to great networking, I left energized and ready to bring back so many good nuggets to my team. Here are just a few of my key takeaways: 👉 Pay equity and pay transparency are changing the way that comp professionals operate and advise. It's critical we are working to prepare ourselves for the fast paced change while we work to address what is already in front of us. 💥 Don't under OR over estimate the power of A.I. Embrace it, but it won't solve all our problems. 💬 Compensation communications should not be complicated! Work from the lens of "if my employee shared this with their spouse/partner/child, would that person understand what we are communicating?" 🤲 I want to do a better job ensuring that employees at my organization at ALL levels feel seen and heard. 🌺 Bless and release. Acknowledge the seasons/people/things that have served you, and then let them go so you can welcome all the good that is to come to you. I'm so excited to continue the connection with those I met this week, and I was SO excited to finally meet my virtual friends in person. 🌞 Shout out to my team Jewel Shouse, SHRM-CP Susanne Wright, (Conly), CCP, Daivanayagi S and Brenda Krieg and Aaron Eckerle for holding down the fort so I could be present these last two and a half days. #compensation #worldatwork #nerdalert #development #career #blessandrelease
