Day 18, Customers - 5, ARR - $2k Goose Egg officially off the board with our first event•hapily paying customer! There is just something special about someone going from “I would probably pay for that” TO “I will pay for that, take my money” Hopefully the 1st of many to come!

Day 14, Customers - 5, ARR - $0 I used to despise having a meeting just to have a meeting Now being fully remote for 4+ years, I crave it once a week. Makes me feel human, reminds me that connection is what truly matters in this world. No agenda, no action items, no re cap email, ALL BS, and I am all here for it! Calendar in the comments section 😀

Day 7, Customers - 4, ARR - $0 Success vs Failure solely sits on the shoulders of your people Great people can solve - Weak value propositions - Terrible User Interface - Underwhelming deals sizes - Not enough deal flow - Unscalable processes But even if all those things are in a good place, it won’t real even work with mediocre people Start with the people and don’t ever forget it

Day -1, Customers - 4, ARR - $0 Have you ever had an idea, but got told no because Marketing, CS, Sales, Product, Someone’s distant relative might have a problem with it Yea, me too. It sucks. Imagine a world where the response is “idk, might work, might not work, give it a rip and let’s chat in a few days” Join a startup

Day -6, Customers - 3, ARR - $0 If you have never been at a start up you just don’t get how personally gut wrenching it feels when you don’t come through for your team. 7 days out from product launch we held an event hapily team meeting (Marketing, Sales, CS, Product) Everyone was ultra locked in to exactly what they - had done - needed to do - potential blockers People at start ups just own things at higher degree, you just don't see people dropping the ball.

Day -8, Customers - 2, ARR - $0 The partners you help, will help you Partners don’t care about referral %. They care about you  - making them a hero to their customer - opening up future opportunities for them - educating them with your industry expertise If they let you into their biggest client, don’t blow it. Partners circles are tight. 

Day -9, Customers - 2, ARR - $0 Sunday Funday Every week you are building momentum or killing momentum. It’s never unchanged.
