This guy was getting paid over €40,000 a year. He's brilliant. I did a deep dive after reading this and found more crazy stories. (Obviously, I can't fact check all of them, but there were so many people saying similar things happened to them or they knew others who did this.) 👉 There's a guy who worked for over a decade earning $200K after a merger and restructure because no one knew what he did and his bosses were also restructured. 👉 There was a manager who went through a payroll when he was hired and found someone who hadn't been seen in 8 years getting paid every month. 👉 COUNTLESS developers claim their bosses don't know what they do, so they do all their weekly work in an hour and pretend it takes them all week. I think this is hilarious and awesome, but I also caution folks against it because frequently what happened after they were found out is they couldn't get another job at all. My friend has $200K in student debt. She took a class in law school called taxation. That class alone cost her about $10K. By the time she became a barred attorney, tax law had changed again. And it became EVEN WORSE for the poor, to the benefit of the wealthy. Three things rich people do: 👉 1. They don't hold money, they control it. This helps them avoid taxes. 👉 2. France has shocked the world. Despite predictions, left-wing parties clinched a majority in parliament. And the predicted right wing sweep was defeated. If you're feeling optimistic after democratic/left-wing gains in France and the United Kingdom this week, you should be! It's a good indicator that the doom and gloom folks (like me lol) might be proven wrong about the inevitable rise of fascism worldwide. We are at a turning point in history in 2024. Dior and Armani are supervillains. Their bags cost $57 to make because they underpay migrants and arguably use slave labor at $2/hour. Then they charge you thousands. I'm so happy to hear they're getting prosecuted in Italy. Here's how they could become a superhero brand (and still make millions): 1. Issue a full public apology and pay all fines. 2. Pay reparations to the families they've hurt through unfair wages and slave labor. 3. Invest in high quality designers and bring their prices down to match. 4. Go farther and start only using environmentally friendly, vegan products. 5. Fire their current C-Suite and hire an all new team to indicate a shift. 6. Pick a new issue to care about and actually support. Donate 50% of the profit. I recommend indigenous rights or refugee nonprofits. 🌎💕 I consult with companies to make them superhero brands. This is Project 2025. It is much more terrifying than Trump's first term, when he was incompetent in many ways. Project 2025 shows they know what they're doing this time and will dissolve democracy in favor of a Christian nationalist state. This is similar to rise of dictatorships worldwide from India and Iran to Germany in the 1930s. We know what fascism looks like. It's nothing new. Democracies are fragile. And they WILL come for you too. Even if you are a cis, straight, white, abled guy. If you live in a country that isn't the United States, this will still affect you. I'm sorry. 🌎💕 I couldn't figure out who did this original image, but I've read Project 2025 and the content is roughly accurate. However, some of the page number sources are off and some of this is from Trump's agenda (such as ending birthright citizenship), not from Project 2025. Let me know if it misses anything. For example, it misses anti-trans goals as well. But make no mistake, this is all part of the goal.

Why don't more celebrities do this for Palestinian refugees? Even if they can't make a difference in ending the bombing, I do think that gestures like this go a long way to humanizing victims of violence. Children in Palestine and fleeing Palestine deserve the same humanity as children everywhere else in the world. Labour won in a LANDSLIDE. Keir Starmer is now Prime Minister. (The UK doesn't have a wait time between elections and the new government.) It was the first election since the pandemic, Brexit, and the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Also, a YouGov poll found basically no difference between Lib Dem and Labour voters, so that another 70 seats. I wish I could live permanently in the UK. In general, I think parliamentary systems may work better than presidential ones at maintaining long-term democracy, but that's a theory for another day. 🇬🇧 #UKElection #Labour #Landslide
