Oh, so good to be back in Nigeria!! I don't think that there is a place on earth with more entrepreneurial dynamism....and i'm otherwise biased toward my home in Silicon Valley. Maybe HBO will do a miniseries about the entrepreneurial ecosystem here!?! :) Am with a group of Faith Driven Investors as we meet with faith driven fund managers here in Lagos and many of their portfolio companies. The team from Kaleo Ventures: Andrew Firman, CFA, Ife Oyedele II and Iretimipo Kukoyi has invested in more than 50 Faith Driven Entrepreneurs....mostly in the fintech, healthtech and SAAS spaces, but all men and women who want to advance God's Kingdom as they solve problems and lean in to opportunities in the marketplace here in Lagos. Super motivating and encouraging to me.

How do we participate in that , I am establishing a faith based staartup in nigeria we are building an saas . How can I be part of this , not much for the funding but especially for mentorship.. We are deliberate about discipleship in our team and stewardship culture and i believe connecting with those ahead of me will greatly help me to push foward and avoid making mistakes.

Business + Jesus= something I would really want to be a part of….. it’s like seeing people who think in my direction for the first time in the area of entrepreneurship in our time. How can I be a part of this team, I have something to offer

Kaleo is one of our investors at Tribapay . All the pre-investment discussions were insightful, especially with Iretimipo. Welcome to Lagos

That was my exact insight travelling around America this year, I felt a very similar entrepreneurial energy to Lagos as I shared with you yesterday. Glad you had such an awesome time. Looking forward to welcoming you back.

Such an amazing ecosystem -- It was a blessing to see the team in action this week! At Sovereign's we say we invest in gritty, creative, capital-efficient leaders, since you need those things to persevere and find the right opportunity to scale. I'm not sure I've seen a confluence of those three attributes more consistently than in Lagos. Excited to track along with Andrew Firman, CFA, Iretimipo Kukoyi, Ife Oyedele II and Henry Kaestner. Grateful!!

Been thinking how to use blockchain tech to enable titling for smallholder land holdings so these assets become "transferable" and therefor eligible for use as collateral for farm development mortgage. If there is a business out there with the know how for this? It is simply imperative to unlock the inherent value in these holdings so they can be used to boost productivity and improve lives. There is so much money locked down in real estate while businesses remain undercapitalised!!! And it is worse in Agriculture

Awesome. Henry Kaestner, I met these trio in an event in Lagos and they are quite inspiring people. Super excited to see that business decisions do not have to be about money alone...
