Great to see you've gone global, Daryl! I can never forget our early (2000) experiments with generosity-focused banquets in India. Each table had four questions... Most couldn't get past #1 at the time. I sense we are much farther now! 1. Why do people give? 2. Why do Christians give? 3. Why would Christians give generouslu? 4. Why would Christians give beyond their means? (ie giving greater than net income😏)
Ah Yes, Daryl and his questions!! One of the ones he asked me before I got into my current position was, "What's your theology of money?" I got to wrestle with the Lord with that one for some time. A true friend and mentor. Glad God brought you into my life as well Daryl.
Thanks for sharing. As a born again Christian I love to see like minded Christians like me take up the wealth making responsibilities and change the narratives that only unbelievers should make wealth.It is scriptural and biblically sound for Christians to own businesses and make wealth. As children of God and followers of Christ it our responsibility to depict Jesus in every aspect of our lives and that includes leading, doing genuine and honest businesses and making wealth that will be used to propel the church and the kingdom of God.
