I find you talent that "fits" your unique culture specializing in Sales, Product Development, Design, Marketing and Ecommerce!

Is your next interview virtual with a panel? Here are a few things to keep in mind: Delays in Audio: Even if everyone joins the virtual room correctly, there could be some delays in the audio. This can make it difficult to follow the conversation and may result in awkward pauses. Communication Timing: When you’re sitting in the same room, it’s easier to tell who’s about to talk. Virtually, it can be difficult to pick up on some of those nonverbal cues. Additionally, audio delays could result in two people talking at once or pauses where everyone is waiting for someone else to speak. Tip: • Make sure you know who is in the room and where they are sitting. • Repeat the question to ensure you heard it properly. If needed, confirm who asked the question. • Speak clearly and project.  Global Recruiters of Covington (GRN) #GRNCovington #Recruiting   #HiringTips #VideoInterviews #PanelInterviews #Recruitment

I like looking to see whose square is outlined. Helps me to see who is talking. Of course a delay may complicate it, but anytime I can find visual cues, I use them.
