👀 I have been wondering, why they still have their stores.
I got to know the Yves Rocher products, because they were really good at physical, paper advertisement that registered customers received at home.
My mum used to order their products. Within the stores I have not experiences an outstanding service, nor expert advice/ skin care analysis. In a nutshell, there was a gap between price & brand/ service for me.
In addition, there is heaps of competition. #dm & #rossmann, GALERIA Karstadt Kaufhof GmbH have a great assortment for (almost) every target group.
Stores like thebodyshop.de LUSH stand out with a #storeofexperience!
So let's see if e-com only is the turning point for brand I grew up with.
