This question helps reveal: • Problem-solving skills • Initiative and resourcefulness • Ability to manage stress and adversity • How they measure and describe success Listen closely to the examples candidates provide. Are their answers specific and relevant? This can reveal their true experiences and how they handle real-world situations.
