“The mission isn’t Dynamic Shared Ownership.” A few weeks ago I got to talk to Sebastian Matthes at The Handelsblatt about what we at Bayer are doing to cure disease, feed more people with fewer resources, and put healthcare into many more hands. Check out the podcast to hear about the bold, new way we’re doing this really important work - as well as why I once used a burlap sack PowerPoint template at a marketing conference. https://lnkd.in/gtfnCfmE
Hi Bill_heard in your podcast with Sebastian in the morning. There's one thing in my head after closing up; let me tell you: I guess it would be not the badest move to cover in a smart way that there was a time and a man- put in charge by Mr. Werner Wenning - who sailed this large battered battleship, coming from the shores abroad, up the Elbe and dropped anchor at Blohm&Voss, with beads of sweat on its forehead. Possibly at the very last moment. All the best, Michael
Just loved today's episode and your explanations about the DSO. Looking forward to some positive news about Bayer here in the near future. Keep up the good work!
That’s amazing work you’re doing! Will definitely check out the podcast. Major kudos for innovating in both health and agriculture areas! 🌟
Thank you for the inspiration! And your open Christian confession is an encouragement.
Mir scheint, dass Anderson die Folgen der Fehler von Baumann, der wohl den Niedergang von Bayer Dormanns Ende von Hoechst abgekupferte hatte, erfolgreich stoppt. Ich hoffe.
I agree!

1wI was truly inspired by your vision and the transformative steps you are taking as the CEO of Bayer. Your radical approach to revolutionizing the work environment, replacing traditional departments with newly assembled, self-responsible teams, and reducing bureaucracy is truly commendable. Your insights into the challenges associated with such a transformation were enlightening.
