In life and business, many factors are outside of our control. We can't control the economy, the weather, or the actions of others. But instead of getting bogged down by things we can't control, we should focus on leveraging the things we can control. This means taking ownership of our actions, attitudes, and efforts. By focusing on what we can control, we can maximize our impact and achieve our goals, even in the face of uncertainty and adversity. By leveraging the things we can control, we can build resilience, confidence, and momentum. We can control how we show up each day, how we prepare for challenges, and how we respond to setbacks. Excellent example for a mindset shift. Thank you #teambayer! What I am a bit missing though is in between the two layers of "in control" and "out of my control" is the third one: "Influence". When proactively focusing and working on how I can make a difference myself, and by this grow my layer of influence, astonishing things may happen. 😉

The world, more than ever, is filled with uncertainty. Uncertainty combined with rumination isn't great for mental health. Understanding the Zones of Control or 'Circles of Influence' is one effective way to feel more empowered and of get a sense of control back. Perfeito, e nesse mundo corporativo dinâmico que vivemos, concentrar esforços onde temos autonomia é fundamental, foco e mentalidade de crescimento sempre!

I am ready to let go of worrying about uncertain outcomes and focus on improving the processes 🤗

With hindsight, I'd say that letting go of my worries about what others might think of me has had a major effect on my outlook on life and also greatly increased my resilience to external influences. Disclaimer: It does not work perfectly all the time, I've not (yet) become fully immune. But working to achieve freedom from other's opinions is definitely worth the effort. Thanks for the post #teambayer!

It is an excellent way to discover what should be "within our control."

It's amazing to have self-control. When we deeply desire something, nothing from the outside can break our determination!

Fantastic reminder Bayer! Life changes significantly when we understand each one of these aspects and tailor our actions accordingly. Ready to let go of the past and changes in the economy, learning from them where possible and focus on areas I want to grow.
