An excellent perspective on the balance between confidence and humility. Both are indeed essential for continuous growth. How do you suggest maintaining this balance in a rapidly changing work environment?

Going through tough learning experiences seems to be lead to the most lasting version of humility for me. It tells me what I knew in the beginning of the journey was just the tip of the iceberg. By the end, I see how big the bigger picture truly is.

Abby Falik I have also witnessed arrogance being used to mask deep insecurities. Overall how true! The most effective leaders are the ones who walk the humility sweet spot line being very secure in their hearts and minds. Thanks for sharing.
