Scope of Responsibility: The Senior Vice President of Strategy and Project Development is responsible for coordinating the overall strategic direction and growth of Greencroft Communities and its affiliates. This executive role focuses on campus master planning, project development, new service lines, affiliations/partnerships/acquisitions, and implementation excellence.
Strategy Development And Master Planning
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive master plans for each Greencroft Communities campus.
Ensure that master plans align with the organization's overall strategic objectives and growth targets.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize campus development opportunities.
Project Development
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analyses to support project decision making.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for expanding Greencroft Communities' service offerings, including PACE, home health and home care, hospice, and Continuing care at home (CCAH).
Identify and pursue strategic affiliations, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities that align with Greencroft Communities' growth objectives
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to operational and system improvements.
Develop long-term strategic goals and objectives that align with the mission and vision of Greencroft Communities.
Facilitate regular strategy review sessions with the leadership team to adapt and respond to changing circumstances.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Senior Housing Experience is Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related role
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
Knowledge of the senior living industry and experience with PACE, home health, hospice, or CCAH is a plus.
