Don't just break through. Break new ground.

About us

Precision is an integrated strategy and marketing agency. Powered by data, we bring world-class experts in each of our service areas to conceive, develop, and run campaigns that help our clients seize opportunities and solve their biggest challenges. Whether it is elevating a brand, shaping a narrative, defining a reputation, navigating a crisis, or persuading and mobilizing an audience, we don’t just break through. We break new ground. Precision’s origin story is in the intense spotlight of national political campaigns, where our founders learned that relentless innovation and the expert use of data are the difference between winning and losing. That tireless, nimble and strategic approach has always been our North Star. Our industry-celebrated talent brings diverse perspectives and deep subject matter expertise. With a unique blend of talent from across both public and private sectors, from creative directors to data and targeting experts to digital marketers, campaign managers and crisis leaders, we have the insights and understanding to navigate complex landscapes with strategic clarity, and the experience and drive to produce results. We believe that data and research are the cornerstone of any successful strategy. But we don’t just collect data: we curate and transform it into actionable intelligence, custom-built strategies, and inspired creative campaigns that break through. From Fortune 500s to sports and entertainment, grassroots campaigns and leading advocacy organizations, we’ve helped nearly every kind of organization deepen their impact, improve their standing, and grow their bottom line. Reach out if we could do the same for you.

Brands continue to face some of their toughest communications and cultural challenges - fierce political debates, DE&I attacks, and constantly scrutinized messages. To help our clients meet this moment, we’re growing our multicultural engagement and public affairs practices. To start we’ve promoted Krishana Davis to lead and revamp our Multicultural Engagement practice! And we’ve added two of the smartest comms professionals in the business to our leadership team - Tim Mulvey, a seasoned Capitol Hill strategist, and Melissa Miller, most recently Ford’s public policy communications manager. In honor of #WorldRefugeeDay, Precision is reflecting on our work with Welcome.US to mobilize Americans to welcome refugees to the United States. The number of people forcibly displaced worldwide reached an all-time high of 120 million in 2023, driven by escalating global conflicts and growing humanitarian crises. But the good news is Americans want to help — many just don’t know where to start. To fill this gap, in 2021, Precision supported the launch of Welcome.US, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that empowers everyone from individuals to corporations to get involved in welcoming refugees and helping them build new lives in the United States. Over the last few years, we've worked with Welcome.US to support new sponsorship programs like the Welcome Corps, and tell the story of how they’re galvanizing the public to #BeAWelcomer. We don’t sit still at Precision. For 11 years we’ve helped corporations, causes, and candidates create winning campaigns. And in many ways we’re just getting started. To help lead us through our next phase of growth and innovation, we’re thrilled to announce three new partners! Dori Salcido joins our health care and crisis management practices after playing a central role in managing every major health care crisis in the last decade, between roles at the White House, CDC, and HHS. Learn more about Dori’s background in public service, corporate leadership, and crisis management roles below. We are also excited to announce the promotions of Deirdre Murphy Ramsey and Erin Lindsay to partner! Those who have worked with Deirdre and Erin during their 10-years at Precision know we wouldn't be the agency we are today without them. Together they will help lead our next phase of growth and innovation as they continue to manage our digital and communications practices.
