Senior Employee Communications Manager - Contract - Clayton, North Carolina NC

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Employee Communications Manager to join a dedicated team. This is a temporary contract of 12 months and is a remote-based role within America.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is integral in driving effective, efficient and creative communications that articulate and disseminate our vision, mission, values, brand, and strategy to our employees. You will be instrumental in bringing the corporate narrative to life, crafting communication strategies that connect people to our shared mission and each other. This role is an opportunity to apply your creativity and writing skills to innovate internal communications and elevate the employee experience. This is a remote-based role within the US with the option for occasional office trips if local to Indianapolis.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven excellence in writing, communications planning, and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience in communications or a related business field.
• Passion for creative, compelling, and innovative communications.
• High level of personal accountability, sense of urgency, and belief in the power of communications.
• Demonstrated experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Savvy stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to work with all levels of employees, including executives.
• Solid corporate and business knowledge.
• Ability to inspire and influence.
• Team player that enjoys building partnerships at all levels within an organization.
• Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

The Senior Employee Communications Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and apply internal communications strategies with a focal point on increasing employee engagement, building community, driving business imperatives, and reinforcing corporate culture and values.
• Support the implementation of the corporate narrative within the organization, ensuring holistic communications delivery for site and field-based employees.
• Collaborate with the Employee Communications Manager to create compelling content that integrates creative design, video, and digital media.
• Support a streamlined approach to site communications.
• Collaborate with colleagues on the broader communications team to drive integrated communications execution.
