To join our team as a Community Affairs and Engagement Specialist! The Community Affairs and Engagement Specialist is passionate about helping others and committed to bettering the understanding of energy efficiency. This position is ideal for someone that is charismatic, motivated, and savvy with strong oral and written communication skills.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Build, develop, and retain strong relationships within the client’s territory
  • Event/Project coordination, planning, and execution
  • Public Relations; promoting implemented energy efficiency programs within the community
  • Formulate strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition and equity within region
  • Identify, develop, and execute communication strategies
  • Plan and produce informational materials for various promotional event opportunities.
  • Present educational workshops to public audiences
  • Resolve sensitive inquiries and/or complaints from regional center staff, families, and persons receiving services
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of the community, participants, client and other implementation specialist.
  • Daily logging of marketing activities in CRM database as well as monthly and quarterly reports
  • Attend relevant meetings and events within region as needed and/or required
  • Identify potential areas for growth
  • Act as Premier liaison to internal and external organizations

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum Education Requirements - High School Diploma or GED

$49,600.00 - $74,400.00
