The project included rural ditch conveyance design, dry-retention stormwater pond in closed-drainage basin and major cross-drain culvert design. Additionally, Mr. Morlan prepared ERP and FDOT permit applications and resolved review comments. These improvements included road widening that allowed for the addition of turn lanes on all intersection legs.
