Whose building a modern expert network leveraging the latest technology? Who is building the equivalent of what Tegus built years ago? Something that will disrupt the current expert network providers? There is so much to be done with AI that I imagine their are many unique expert networks being built.

When businesses trust their guts more than their consumer research, they lose money. When politicians do that, they lose elections. Has Donald Trump just turned the steering wheel in the direction that will lose him these elections? I think he might just have... The logic behind this observation is simple, and it is based on the consistent voice of the independent voter we have been hearing this year. TL'DR: 1. Both partisan bases - Democrats (~1/3 of likely voters) and Republicans (~1/3 of likely voters) - have been firmly behind their candidates. Nothing will change their mind, they are deadlocked. 2. Independents (~1/3 of likely voters) are about evenly split in their candidate choice and about half of them are still undecided. This is the group that will likely swing the elections. 3. Independent voters care most (by far) about the economy, particularly about inflation. 4. What they want to hear from the candidates is a consistent story on the economy. They recognize the recent positive economic trends (low unemployment, stabilized/falling inflation) but they are not sure if they trust the trends will continue 5. We have also learned from our study with RevOptimal that these undecided independent voters overindex on consuming news (vs. general population). In other words, they are paying attention to what is going on. How does this tie back to my earlier statement about Trump's wrong turn? He has been floating his future economic policies that will quite directly lead to higher consumer prices: increasing tariffs on imports, deportations that will increase cost of labor, and tax cuts that will stimulate the already hot economy. All three of these policies may sound good to the base, but they are textbook inflationary. If Mr. Trump wants to win the upcoming elections, he should pay attention to the independent voters and course correct on his economics. Otherwise, he will yield their deciding ballots to his counterpart. Check back with us periodically as we update this story with more data from our pulse checks and see where the data take us!

How can you serve your customers if you don't know who they are or what they want?
